My Review of Long Cadillac:
I bought my GMC truck from Long GMC (same owner) and the sale went great. The price of the truck was pretty much set as I get the GM Employee discount (and I'm not an employee of GM, thru my employer I get the discount). They gave me a fair price on my trade. When they sold that location, I tried the new dealer that had bought that location and after one visit I started taking my truck for service at Long Cadilliac. I have had nothing but the best service from them. There was one time that I had brought my truck in to have the tonneau cover replaced. At first I didn't see my truck move from where I had originally parked and thought that I would be there forever. Next thing I know, they come in and tell me I'm good to go. The service manager did it himself and I ended up being out of there in no time. I would go back and I highly recommend this dealer.

This is a load of crap and obviously a fakery most likely written by one of Long's sales managers. Notice the time/date written and submitted -just hours after my own. Take my word for it as a real consumer, Long is just like most dealers: hard-sell, wear-you-down types. After I walked out the door over a difference of $500 on a $32000 car-price, the salesman actually called me on my cell as I was driving down the road to the Lexus dealer saying that 'his' manager relented on the $500, etc. My response was 'tell your manager he owes you $500; it was your commission he lost"

My Review of Long Cadillac:
These guys used to make shopping a great, low stress experience. In fact, that's what brought me back when it was time to buy a new car. However, since they moved to Southborough, all has changed. Now, they're like a lot of other dealers: they play the same old song & dance about "let me run this price by my manager" routine, etc. Typical wait-times between counter-offers during price negotiation was 20-minutes. Up until 2 months ago, I whole heartedly recommended this dealer to friends and family; now, I warn them to stay away, etc.
