My wife and myself were shopping around for a new possible vehicle as far my lease is coming to expire.

My Review Of Long Island City Hyundai:

David listened carefully to all my requirements for a vehicle. He found a 2012 Dodge Caravan in great condition at a price that matched my budget and suits most all of my needs. With Damien's help the paper work went smoothly. They really work well together. Overall, my car shopping was much easier than expected. David worked efficiently and very quickly, getting down to business but keeping me informed of all the important aspects of purchasing a reliable vehicle. I am so glad I now have a reputable place to go to maintain the car for years to come. My service warranty is just what I need so I won't have to worry about maintenance. Thanks to everyone I met there who were so friendly.

I worked with Roberto Castillo in buying a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Roberto was great in working with me to get the car that I wanted at the best possible price. This is the second car that I have bought from this dealership and I am very happy with the service they provided both times. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a Hyundai!

My Review Of Long Island City Hyundai:

Our salesman David, was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new Veloster. He did not pressure us at all but only informed us about all the details of the car and the financing and helped us with returning our Nissan to the dealer and took us on a test drive as well. It was a very good experience and we would recommend David as well as Hyundai in the future to our family and friends. Thank you.

Bought a new genesis. Everything was really great. Just took longer then I expected. Alain and damion were very professional though. Would of been all 5's if wasn't for length of time. Mr. Romano was also very friendly and gave me an IOU for an item that was damaged in shipping/prep.

My Review Of Long Island City Hyundai:

I first went to the Suresky dealership that I first bought my 2011Sonata from, but when I went to Long Island City Hyundai and met Francisco I told him the deal that I got from Suresky Hyundai dealer and how the sales lady would not get me to the monthly lease rate that I could afford. Francisco not only got me to the monthly number that I needed to be at, but he even gave me a better equipped car with more options. I was very pleased with my purchase of my new Hyundai Elantra and was very satisfied with my salesman Francisco. I will look forward in two years when my lease is up and going back to Long Island City Hyundai and purchasing another vehicle from Francisco thank you much Francisco for your help.

My Review Of Long Island City Hyundai:

After leasing for several years, this was the first time purchasing a car. Alain took our criteria and gaves us a great selection of Certified Pre-Owned cars to choose from, taking time to give us details about each. He was patient and knowledgeable and always friendly. We were able to close within an hour without any "buyer's remorse." He is an understanding salesman who listens to his clients!

Oscar was also very helpful and patient throught the paperwork process, making sure we understood the terms and conditions that a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with (something we didn't know!).

This has been a great first-time car buying experience. We are very happy with the car we got and very pleased to have had such great guidance! Thank you!
