My Review of Long Island Cycle and Marine:
Just came across and read your reveiw on the ratedealer.com. I too have been ripped off by them. They cheat, lie, and steal. I should of knew something was wrong from just lookig at the first three digits of their phone number (666). I bought a brand new bike, the ad said $7000, didn't find out till later that they charged me $1100 more. On top of that Fred Rollo sold me a fake 4 year warranty and that was $1800. So in total the got me for almost 3 grand. Yamaha said that there was nothing that they can do, and to just sue them. So that is what I did after going thru the Better Business Bureau. Went to court LICM was represented by Klein & Vizzi in which Fred Rollo showed up. I presented all my proof and was rewarded my $1800 back from the fake warranty. But get this LICM never sent the check and I had to go thru the Suffolk County Sheriffs Dept. The sheriff replys to me and says the business had been closed down and gates paddlocked and building now for rent. I feel like crying now, so if anyone has any info or advice on persuing these theives respond ASAP.

My Review of Long Island Cycle and Marine:
The owner of Long Island Cycle & Marine is a non professional person, he hides in his office and lies to his employees, and to his customers, and all of his employees cover for him. If a customer has a problem, he will tell you he's just the sales person, this way he does not have to face you, he is a coward by all means. He stood in on a conversation that we were having with the manager about a problem, and he said he was in sales, when all along he was the owner of this business, which we did not find out until the next day. He also pulled out of the shop at 30 miles and hour, in order not to face a customer that was having a problem. The sales department that we dealt with were liars, they told you whatever it was to get you to deal with them, once you did that, they would lie about everything and the big thing is that they would blame everyone else for their faults. Not one of them was able to accept their wrong doings, and apologize. We purchased a 13,000 dollar waverunner from them, and it was delivered with a few flaws, we asked to have them fixed , and they wanted to know why we would not settle for the flaws, and to them they were no big deal. We never recieved the remote for our waverunner, they kept lieing to us and tellins us it was on order, but when we went in to check the order, it in fact was never ordered. These men, if you can call them that are a bunch of monkeys, unorganized, immature, and not professional by any means. Because of all the problems we had, they kept offering us free items. Like anyone else we accepted them. When we finaly had it with this company, and wanted to return the waverunner, still brand new, never used, they told us we had to now PAY for all the free stuff they gave us. There is so much more, just stay away from them, and tell all your friends. They used to be under the business name of LONG ISLAND HONDA OF BAYSHORE. John Corpac (manager), JoeSciuti (manager), Vito (manager), Freddy (finance manager), Matt (credit department) Neil (sales)

My Review of Long Island Cycle and Marine:
I purchased a new yamaha motorcycle from this dealer and they told me to come on wednesday to pick it up,when I arrived at the dealerto pick up the bike I was told its not ready. I asked why nobody called to tell me, I got several different stories, but it will definetly be ready on thurs, guess what it was not ready on thurs or friday as promised again I heard more stories, from the original motorcycle had a scratch to the service dept. dropped the ball, and the motorcycle will be ready @ 9:00 am on saturday. You guessed it again not ready I was then told to come back after 3:00pm. At this time I finally picked up my $15,000.00 motorcycle with enough fuel to get me to the nearest gas station, and was simply given the keys and told good luck, no one explained to me anything about the new motorcycle, they got my money now everyone was to busy to help me and it had a scratch on the gas tank.A week later I returned to the dealer due to an accident with the motorcycle and after several weeks of dodging my phone calls and not returning my calls I decided to no longer do bussiness with this dealer and go to a reputable dealer instead. I do not recomend this dealer for sales or service but they have some of the best stories.
