My Review of Longwood Mitsubishi:
Ronnie Pereira was very helpfull answered all questions to the point and direct. Explained all the features of the car we were interested in, price, rebates, engine size, gas mileage, how keyless entry worked in detail. He was very polite and honest, with all details of paper work. We drove away with our new car Mitsubishi Outlander with a good feeling that we got the best deal. Very Happy thanks to Ronnie.

My Review of Longwood Mitsubishi:
Impressive!
I just arrived home with my new 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor. I have to say from the time I walked in the dealership at 4:30 till I left at 8:30, I saw nothing but smiles, great attitudes and people working hard to make things happen.
Jeff Eller was assigned to me and was great to work with. He listened and genuinely seemed to care about what I wanted. I thought it great that he took the time to show me the interior features of my new vehicle before I left the lot...never had someone do that before!
If anyone asks- I will absolutely recommend Longwood Mitsubishi. Friendly, courteous sales people, good price and attentive to details.
JOB WELL DONE!

My Review of Longwood Mitsubishi:
This Location is more of a Kia Dealership, than a Mitsubishi one. Be wart that the staff didn't seem interested in finding the best deal early on a Saturday morning. I guess that is good in a way, considering other dealerships keep you there all day. It your looking for a Mitsubishi, look elsewhere.

I was very disappointed to learn of your treatment at my store. I am very interested in learning who you dealt with as I do not employ anyone by the name of "John" in the sales department. I have provided you with my cell phone number and would appreciate any help you can provide so I can properly address this perceived lack of concern for my Mitsubishi franchise.
You will be happy to learn I have increased sales training specifically for the Mitsubishi product as well as updated our sale staff compensation plan to remove the “deal” pressure from all my customers.
Simply stated: Pick a Mitsubishi – pay invoice minus rebates! No gimmicks or additional charges for transportation. Unfortunately Uncle Sam still wants his so you have to pay tax, tag and fees but the savings are HUGE! Print this review for an additional $500.00 off the sale price. This offer is valid for ANYONE reading this review.

Any questions please call.

My Review of Longwood Mitsubishi:
I had been intermittently shopping for a small suv for about a month, but I had not looked at a Mitsubishi yet. I was on the way home from an appointment and just stopped in to look. I really had no plans to buy a car that day, but I was in the market. When I got to the dealership, the salesman came outside. He acted very relaxed and not rushed. He showed me several cars, and we talked about price. I said I was going to go home and maybe come back with my husband in the evening. He very pleasantly suggested that I come inside for 10 minutes so he could get me numbers I could take home to my husband. It seemed like a good idea. I did not feel any pressure to comply, but I felt very comfortable so I kept going through the process. The salesman ended up working with the General Manager, and they gave me some bottom line paperwork to take home. I became more interested as I felt no pressure, and I felt like I was getting attention. I came home with the car and showed my husband the car and the paperwork. He liked the car and the paperwork. I called the dealership and said I wanted the car. I immediately brought the car back so they could detail it. I made an appointment to come back in the evening and sign the paperwork. We were only at the dealership for about 30 minutes. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

It was a real pleasure to meet you and your husband and I look forward to being your service dealer for many years to come.

My Review of Longwood Mitsubishi:
Definitely will not recommend this dealership's service department to anyone. My head gasket on my eclipse blew when my car overheated a couple years ago, so I figured the dealership would be the best place to have it repaired. When I got my car back a month later, I drove the 30 minute distance back to my house and as I pulled into my driveway, my car overheated!!! It was as if my car never got fixed! I called immediately and they sent a tow truck to pick up my car and take it back. I received a call that afternoon that nothing was wrong with my car and it had been thoroughly checked. I went to pick my car back up and the next day it overheated again. I took it to another mechanic and they provided me paperwork showing that they had done a chemical block test proving that my head gasket was indeed cracked and that my oil and coolant was mixed together. I called Longwood Mitsubishi back and they basically told me to go screw myself. They had received over $2,000 to fix my car and my car was in no way fixed! They would not give me my money back, and at this point I would have to hire an attorney and probably spend at least $2000 to get my $2000 back. So I just assume lesson learned and I will continue to spread the word to everyone I know about the horrible experience I had with Longwood Kia Mitsubishi.

Rebekah,

You overheated your vehicle and originally brought it to a radiator repair shop, then Big 10 Tire Co for repair. Both companies did not properly diagnose your vehicle nor repair properly. These untrained companies may have actually done more damage than good.

Only after Big 10 could not repair your vehicle properly it was sent to us (Longwood Mitsubishi) on 11/6/08. Big 10 paid Longwood Mitsubishi to repair the "initial" damage which included repairing the cylinder head and all related items. Prior to any work being performed, we advised Big 10 that this repair would not be warranted due to the previous repair attempts made by them and the radiator shop. We were not able to ascertain the damage you may have caused on the initial over heat failure. Major internal engine / cylinder head failure may have occurred. Both you and Big 10 were made aware of this situation. Big 10 stated they didn’t care and only wanted this work done – since Big 10 paid us for the repair – we could only do what Big 10 paid us to do. That was our mistake. We should have refused to start the repair and return the vehicle to them.

Even though your vehicle was well out of factory warranty, we contacted Mitsubishi Motors on your behalf to see if there was any out of warranty “Good Will” they could provide. MMNA declined.

I understand that your vehicle only lasted 376 miles after the cylinder head was repaired which is unfortunate; however, this was not completely unexpected due to the original circumstances.

Since your incident, almost 2 years ago, I have implemented several changes to our service department including the following:
1. We do not repair vehicles for other aftermarket repair shops. Their untrained mechanics failure to properly repair the vehicle is not my concern. We only deal with the vehicle owners. It is owner’s responsibility to request refunds for improper repairs.
2. If a customer refuses to complete a proper repair per factory specifications, a release is signed and no warranty will be honored.

I understand your not completely satisfied with Longwood Mitsubishi, unfortunately we didn’t recognize the trouble that was coming prior to starting the work on your vehicle. After all “No good deed goes unpunished”.

Sincerely,
Jim O’Neill
