My Review of Los Gatos Honda:
Do not take your care there for service even if they have coupons etc. If you want an honest reliable Honda or Toyota specialist in the Silicon Valley take your car to FAHonda in Santa Clara or K&E in San Jose. FAHonda pricing is not the cheapest but it surely beats the dealers and they will give you free advice over the phone and even advice that saves you money meaning less business for them...thats honesty.

Los Gatos or South Bay Honda tech's are not professional and they are rushed for work. They messed up my timing belt package and it took me 4 visits to get it fixed when their techs could not figure it out, I had to come take a test drive with them. There is another problem they are not taking responsibility for. They are negligent.
