My Review of Lou Bachrodt BMW:
This is an average small BMW dealer in north central Illinois. The owner will be increasing indoor BMW showroom space. He does need to move his non-BMW used car lot AWAY from the BMW showroom. Real class there! The current service manager is the best they've had in several years.

Bachrodt has many dealerships including Florida. My guess is that Lou Bachrodt has been satisfied with "average" rather than excellence. He bought the BMW dealership from a Buick dealership in Rockford several years ago.
