My Review of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet:
This dealership sold me a car that was in a major accident with out telling me this beforehand. The car was also sold for much more than it was worth. Within two months of owning this vehicle the anti-lock brakes went out, the turn signal went out and the check engine light is now on. In discussing this with the manager, I was treated with absolutely no concern and pretty much hung up on. They are now telling me I can trade the car back in but will loose the depreciation on the vehicle however kelly's blue book value did not decrease at all with the 4,000 miles put on the car. This dealership is horrible and I would not recommend buying a car from them.

My Review of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet:
This dealership sold me a car that was in a major accident and did NOT tell me this before selling me the car. They sold the car for much more than it was worth. Within a month of buying the car the anti-lock brakes went out, turn signal went out and the service engine light turned on. They swear up and down that everything was fine with the car before selling it. When talking to them about this vehicle, I was treated with absolutely no concern. Now they say I can trade the car back, but will loose depreciation on the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership!!!!!!!!

My Review of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet:
In a 8 month period I had to bring my new Chevy Venture back to them 9 times for repairs of things they where supposed to have fixed. Twice they misplaced my vehicle and didn't work on it. I was told items were repaired or replaced when they were not. When talking to the service advisor about my concerns I was treated with a lack of concern. It was as if he had more important issues then helping his customer.

It wasn't until I got the GM involved did the situation finally get corrected.

I brought my 2005 Chevy Silverado in yesterday for warranty work. I now have to bring it back in today because they messed up the door.

The service department at Lou Bachrodt Automall sucks.
