My Review of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet :
We found a vehicle online and noted that it was a few dollars below what we had previously found in our extensive search of this particular vehicle (for good reason....see below). So we called the dealership and told them we would be traveling over two hours to visit the dealership and test drive the car. When we got there, the salesperson was pleasant, a tad arrogant, but somewhat pleasant. We test drove the car , liking the product and price. When we sat down to talk price, The fees started flying out of the woodwork. $800 for a certification fee, $800 for an accessory fee, $200 for a documentation fee and then after stating we weren't putting any money down, the quote had us paying $1000 out of pocket. And the price wasstill way out of our price range. TOTAL MISREPRESENTAION!!!! Just a goold ol case of bait and switch to get you on the lot.
The salesman became visibly agitated with us and stuck out his hand arrogantly wanted us out. I have looked at vehicles at many other dealerships and received calls after the visit thanking me for coming in, nothing from this clown.
I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a car from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet to STAY AWAY!!!!
