My Review of Lou Bachroodt:
This is the worst dealer I ever could take my car to. I took the car for a full inspection and they fixed something than was not even bad. After the car was "fixed" the car was in the same conditions. Nothing was done but I had to pay more than $700.00. I took the car back and they did not want to take responsability. According to them, the car had a seconddary failure by the next day I left the dealer. I left the car again to them to fix the right part. And guess what! they change another part taht did not fix the problem. And, on top of that, they wanted to charge me another $210.00. for something that did not fix my car. They do know anything. Take your car to another mechanic. There are many good ones outside. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE!. YOU MAY FIND THAT AFTER YOU FIX THE CAR THE NEXT DAY YOUR CAR HAS A "SECONDARY FAILURE!.

Lou Bachrodt Mazda, Florida was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplist maintenance job. Their Service Department technicians are amateur at best, and their Department Manager is just outright rude. Clearly they do not test drive vehicles before they return them to customers, or worse yet, they're running a bait and switch operation.

My suggestion is to stay clear of this dealership. There are too many other honest dealerships out there... Honestly, this is a shady operation.
