Our sales consultant was courteous and personable. He kept us updated on financing status and the schedule for vehicle delivery. Vehicle was ready when promised and delivered in A-1 condition.

I recently purchased my first Volvo XC70. Previously I drove Toyota Highlanders for at least 9 years or more. While I enjoyed the Highlander, the latest model was just too big for me and didn't meet my needs. I chose Lovering Volvo of Meredith because my husband has been doing business with them for years and has always been satisfied. They gave me a more than fair deal on my trade in and price for the new vehicle, keeping my car payment where I needed it to be. They delivered the vehicle to my home after I had a chance to take it for a long test drive! I love my new Volvo XC70 and would recommend Lovering Volvo in Meredith to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Why? Because I bought the car there and got a good deal and trade and I like to get service where I bought the car. Chris is always prompt, very happy person and understands the problem and gets it corrected. I got the car state inspected a month ago and recently had 48,000 mile service. On time delivery with a smile all washed and looking and driving like new.

The place to go if you want a great driving car and good service.

I brought my Volvo X country wagon in for repair of a complex problem involving the transmission and another issue. Knowing I required a car during the repair, Chris provided a new Volvo for the 4 day process. Throughout that time, Chris was exceptionally helpful, calling me periodically to provide updates and interacting in a cordial and professional manner. A good experience.

I took my 2 daughters 2002 S60 in for a noise I was hearing in the front end. Lovering found a number of things that needed to be fixed that cost us about $1100. I drove it home and once again had a noise in the front end. I returned with it the next day and went for a test drive with the mechanic who had originally worked on it. He did hear it as well so put it back on the lift and went through everything. He couldn't find anything because everything is new in the front end so retightened everything and hoped that would solve the noise. Unfortunately it didn't. I had filled out a survey and said....spent $1100 on repairs but still have a noise however have been told its safe to drive,etc. Chris called me back and was not satisfied with the noise I was still hearing and requested I bring the car back. He had a loaner for me and kept the car until they could locate the noise which was a day and a half. Lovering isn't satisfied until it is 100% fixed. Chris listened to my concerns unlike some other dealerships we have been to that once the credit card is swiped you are done. Or the clock starts ticking and its more major $$$$$$. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone who either already has a Volvo or who may be interested in buying one. Meredith Lovering is also EXTREMELY accomodating when you need to have your car looked at ASAP. They have ALWAYS gotten us in when it is convenient for US!! We have 3 Volvos and will continue to give them our business.. Lovering Meredith is absolutely the best!!!!

My shout out to Lovering Volvo for being an awesome dealership - I can’t recommend them enough!!
Lovering care about their customers - they go do beyond the call of duty - they right problems that they could easily say, “It’s not our responsibility, it’s yours since you are out of warranty”. I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to review my car’s history (XC90) and say what happened should not have happened to a Volvo and worked with Volvo corporate to fix the problem at their expense.

I purchased a Volvo XC 90 from a dealership in Sarasota Florida covered under a CPO warranty. We have since moved to New Hampshire and have been fortunate enough to have a dealership resource such as Lovering close to home. While my experience with the reliability of the Volvo has not been the best, the service department, and Chris Carter, have made me feel that the brand cares for the aftersale experience. These guys have been very honest, knowledgeable and have taken great care of us the last three years. I highly recommend the dealership and mostly the service area.

My Volvo was taken in for an oil change, a total cleaning, detailing and inspection. At some point, I was called and told the car would NOT pass inspection and needed almost $2000.00 worth of repairs. I questioned what repairs were needed as it seemed excessive. After some discussion, I was told if they could replace the rear brakes, they could put on a 60 day temporary inspection sticker. I agreed to this as we were leaving on a trip that afternoon and needed the car. When we went to pick up the car, it was not ready, hadn't been cleaned as agreed and, after leaving, I discovered the oil had NOT been changed and there was no new inspection sticker. I took the car to another Volvo dealership later on and the car passed inspection! I said nothing when I dropped the car off as I wanted to see what would happen. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Chris and Rodger went above and beyound the call of duty with me on my 2005 Volvo. They truly care about the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Lovering Volvo to anyone in the market for a car. They covered me 100% for a previous employee's poor judgement.

In December 2009 our daughter and son-in-law were on their way to visit us in Moultonborough. During the ride from Massachusetts on Friday night our daughter called to tell us that a warning light came on the dash in her Audi and she wasn't sure what it meant ( it looked like a Christmas ornament with an X through it ). Since my husband also has an Audi he looked up the symbol in his Audi book. He determined that a taillight was out. On Saturday morning we sent them into Meredith to purchase a bulb from a local auto parts store but no one there was able to explain how they were to install it. They called our house to explain the situation. I told them that I thought the Service Department at Lovering Volvo ( where I purchased my Volvo ) was open on Saturday morning. They drove up the street and found that they indeed were open until noon. I had told our daughter to mention that I was a customer but she did NOT do that. She went to the service desk and explained the problem and asked if they could help. The service manager told them it could be done in ten minutes so she gave him her keys and the already purchased bulb. Ten minutes later it was done and when she asked how much she owed them she was told that there would be NO charge! She was astounded and grateful. The following week when I returned to Lovering for a scheduled maintenance appointment I mentioned this story to the service manager ( who remembered the situation ) and was told that they do this sort of thing all of the time. I continue to be pleased with the service department and also with the salesman who sold me the Volvo. His name is Dick Hastings and he has always been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I am in for service. If I needed a ride somewhere while waiting for my car he has either arranged a ride or driven me himself. Lovering Volvo of Meredith is the best car dealership I have ever experienced.
