I am from out of state, visiting my elderly father. My car seemed to be laboring. When I asked my dad’s neighbors for help in finding a mechanic, they highly recommended Low Book Sales. Boy was that th My car seemed to be laboring. When I asked my dad’s neighbors for help in finding a mechanic, they highly recommended Low Book Sales. Boy was that the right choice! I got in same day, they spent several hours testing and inspecting. They found no issues other than tire tread wear and normal issues with a car that’s aging. James was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew went out of their way to insure I was safe to return home in my older car. As a woman alone, I was grateful for their excellent service, integrity, quick response and generosity. There was no pressure, no hidden agendas, just a helping hand. This is a company you can trust implicitly when it comes to honesty, reliability and dedication to customer service. Dad’s neighbor described the quality of the cars they sell and the emphasis on customer care. They are long time, fully satisfied customers.
