From the time I arrived on the lot to pick up my car i was treated with respect. even though I wasn't buying a new vehicle. The whole staff was friendly. I would buy from them again in the future because they seemed like they cared.

My Review of Lowe Chevrolet:
My overall experience was fantastic. When I go in to most dealerships, all they care about is the sale. It was a completely different experience here. Right away Matt listened to what I wanted and didn't use high pressure to get me into a vehicle that wasn't right for me. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend everyone to go to Lowe Chevrolet and talk to Matt!

We purchased an Equinox LT approximately 3 weeks ago and WE LOVE IT!! The gas mileage is great and it is a smooth ride. We couldn't be happier with this purchase! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, not pushy like some places. Melissa was our sales person and she is AWESOME!! We so appreciated her professionalism & friendliness. My Review of Lowe Chevrolet:
We were looking for a used single cab 4 wheel drive truck. We were looking at a truck on the lot when Doug approached us, we asked what he could tell us about the truck and he answered all our questions. He asked if we wanted to take it for a drive. We told him about our trade-in. He gave us an estimate[we would bring it in for them to check over] of what we could expect for a trade-in price. There was no haggling back and forth over prices. Brandon went out of his way to save us an extra trip back to the dealership to finish the deal. It was very much appreciated. Overall it was the best and easiest experience of buying a vehicle we have ever had. Sincerely Steve & Mary Knapp

Our experience at your dealership was very enjoyable. We felt welcome and your staff was very helpful. Our experience dealing with Chuck Rogers was great, he was very courteous and helpful and went out of his way to help us with the purchase process. The finance advisor, Brandon Shoemaker, was very helpful and answered all of our questions fully. We are very pleased with the Traverse that we bought.

My Review of Lowe Chevrolet:
We were going to buy a new vehicle and wanted to see how Lowe's would compare with the offer received from another dealer. They were a little higher to begin with but the attention we received from Matt was much friendlier and helpful. We decided that the slight difference in the price was not that important. Matt promptly approached us when we appeared on the car lot. He wasn't a high pressure salesman and worked with us to get the model we were interested in. If he didn't know the answer to our questions - he wasn't afraid to ask other personnel for help. We will highly recommend him and the dealership to our friends and neighbors!

We went in looking for a specific car and Lowe had exactly what we wanted and were so helpful. Josh was wonderful to work with, he explained everything clearly and was genuinely concerned with our wants. This dealership makes sure you know exactly where the car has been by showing you the Carfax sheet right away. Car buying is a big event and Lowe Chevy made it stress free and enjoyable.

My Review of Lowe Chevrolet:
Overall my visit to Lowe Chevrolet was a very smooth and pleasant one, mainly because of Matt and his knowledge of what his job is. Matt has a very good understanding of the customers needs and wants and the end result is him getting you what it is you want or as very close as he can to where the end result makes you comfortable. Matt being prior military also makes it that much easier and gives you that sense of trust that he's not out to screw you over and he's gonna do whats best for you at all times. The entire staff there is awesome and I TIP my hat to the entire Lowes Staff.
