My Review of Lujacks Northpark Auto Plaza:
We bought a used car there for a teenager. We had shopped around quite a bit. We dealt with the high-pressure sales staff at other joints, who instantly try to talk you into a higher priced car, turn up the heat, and tell you that lower priced cars won't get financed. What a load of bilge. Anyway, Lujack was GREAT. They don't haggle so if you don't like their price, you don't shop there. No back-and-forth BS with some mystery man in the back of the store. No high pressure. They let us take the car to a local auto mechanic to have it inspected and he said it was "an awesome car." And this was a used vehicle for $5 grand. We really made them work for what was a relatively cheap car and they were very patient and professional. We asked questions about recalls, warranties, price differences (vs. Kelley Blue Book), etc., and they were all answered thoroughly and patiently. I recommend Lujack to anyone who wants a used car but doesn't want to be taken to the cleaners. (It even came with a limited warranty.)
