My Review of Lundgren Honda:
We went to Lundgren Honda looking for a used car and were fortunate enough to work with Gene Rice. He's extremely knowledgeable, and could tell what we liked and didn't like even without us telling him. the car we eventually bought needed a dent fixed and Gene handled that as promised. We felt very comfortable as there was no pressure of negotiating a price. We feel that we have a place we can go back to if we need anything for our car, and that Gene will be there to handle it for us. We would recommend this dealership very highly, just as it was recommended to us by family and friends.

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
Rick the dealer was very accurate with the information he gave me as to the car I was looking for. He explained how he came up with the numbers of pricing. He did not pressure me to buy and even said to go and check out the competors as I had not made up my mind.He worked with me as to my payment plan and listened to me when I said I could not pay that much. It has been a pleasant experience so far.

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
This is the third Honda I have purchased from Lundgren Honda. Their service has always been great. Jonathan Mason was very helpful in every way. He always got back to me when he said he would. He helped me to get my first choice of color. He didn't pressure me in any way, which means a lot. If he wasn't available right when I called, he always got back to me that same day within a reasonable amount of time. The finance person I spoke to was also great. His first name was Jim. He explained my options and was very helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Lundgren Honda.

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
This was my first car-purchasing experience. I was very nervous and overwhelmed by the immense number of car brands and models out there today. Before going to Lundgren Honda, I decided that I would like to purchase a Honda; however, I was not sure what model I wanted. Derek and Neal were extremely personable and made me feel at home the moment I entered the dealership. They helped me explore my options and help narrow it down by the characteristics I listed for my future car. Within a very short amount of time, I had arrived at a decision to purchase a CR-V. I could not have chosen a more perfect car. My parents and boyfriend and are very happy and relieved with my decision for a variety of reasons. For instance, my parents both have Hondas and believe they are extremely reliable cars. Also, I have a commute to work and class each day and they feel relieved knowing I am safe with the 4-wheel drive. In addition, they are happy to see me absolutely head-over-heels for my car!

I had a great experience buying a new car from Lungren Honda. I am from the capital district of New York and I went to several local dealerships, but none of them had the car that I wanted or were willing to locate the car I wanted, so I began the search for the car I wanted myself. Lungren Honda had the car I wanted, so I contacted them. After making a trip out to go for a test drive and get a price for my trade-in, I decided to purchase the car because they offered a competitive price and a great warranty. They also offered me a fair trade-in value. They delivered the new car to my front door in five days, which was especially impressive since it was out of state. They took care of everything!

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
I highly recommend this dealership because of their customer service, car pricing strategy, and sales team.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their financial team. The financial rep. assigned to find me the best used car interest rate didn't even try to help; instead, he told me to go with a particular credit union because he "wanted to help out the president of the credit union because he bought a bunch of cars from us and I gotta send finance deals his way!" (can't believe he told me that!)

Therefore, I highly recommend buying a car from Lundgren Honda, but find financing on your own (certainly don't depend on them for the best deal).

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
I went into Lundgren looking to either finance or lease a Honda. Neal Latino is by far the most hilarious, down to earth, honest salesman I've ever met. He had patience with me as I test drove numerous cars and helped me with my decision that leasing was the best option for me. Everyone at Lundgren was so accommadating and the purchase of my new Honda Civic Coupe lease was the best dealership experience I've had. Lundgren left a great impression on me and I'll definitely be back for another car from Neal in 3 years! I would recommend this dealership and Neal Latino as your salesman to anyone!
