Jonathan Mason was a very helpful sales person. He listned to what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me choose one that met all my needs.I didn't feel pushed into buying this vehicle. I definitly would return to Lundgren Honda for future purchases and will recommend it to friends and family.

I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle to shop at Lundgren Honda in Auburn, MA! Neal Latino is the best, and he helped me lease my new car. This was a 100% hassle free experience... He found me exactly what I was looking for, and got me an even better price than I thought! There is absolutely no sales pressure here! Any & all questions that I had, he was honest and answered them in confidence! I knew that I would be happy once I drove away in my new car! My Review of Lundgren Honda:
As a young female, I am always weary going into car dealerships without "backup." Before going to Lundgren I had asked my mother to come for support but unfortunately couldn't make it, so I decided to head to the dealership by myself. As soon as I walked in, Jonathan was able to put me at ease with his friendliness and the fact that Lundgren doesn't "play games" with their customers. I got a pretty good deal on a 2007 Honda CR-V (on a Thursday) and was able to pick it up on Saturday. I went into the dealership just to look and they were so great I called the next day and bought the car! Jeff (who deals with the finances) was able to get me a great rate that was a point and a half lower than what my bank offered. There was no pressure from any of the people I dealt with which was great. I had gone through a couple rough patches with some dealerships so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Lundgren. Thanks Jonathan and Jeff!

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
Great overall experience working with Derek Rudge to decide what type of car I actually wanted, I was coming off a leased SUV and was uptight about getting into a "car" and Derek let me take my time test driving several vehicles. The service and friendliness continued once I was given over to the salesman Wes Schofield. I had looked at other dealerships but was unimpressed with aggressiveness and persistance to sell me something I did not want and at Lundgren I never had that feeling. Even though I am still getting used to my new vehicle I would recommend Lundgren based on my car shopping experience.

James went out of his way to work with me and my schedule. He allowed me to test drive the car for a couple days before buying it which was a big influence in my final decision to buy the car. The process went very smoothly -easy paperwork, everyone was helpful and James followed through on all of my very detailed questions. He was very patient with me!

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
We went to Lundgren Honda looking for a used car and were fortunate enough to work with Gene Rice. He's extremely knowledgeable, and could tell what we liked and didn't like even without us telling him. the car we eventually bought needed a dent fixed and Gene handled that as promised. We felt very comfortable as there was no pressure of negotiating a price. We feel that we have a place we can go back to if we need anything for our car, and that Gene will be there to handle it for us. We would recommend this dealership very highly, just as it was recommended to us by family and friends.

Rick the dealer was very accurate with the information he gave me as to the car I was looking for. He explained how he came up with the numbers of pricing. He did not pressure me to buy and even said to go and check out the competors as I had not made up my mind.He worked with me as to my payment plan and listened to me when I said I could not pay that much. It has been a pleasant experience so far.

My Review of Lundgren Honda:
This is the third Honda I have purchased from Lundgren Honda. Their service has always been great. Jonathan Mason was very helpful in every way. He always got back to me when he said he would. He helped me to get my first choice of color. He didn't pressure me in any way, which means a lot. If he wasn't available right when I called, he always got back to me that same day within a reasonable amount of time. The finance person I spoke to was also great. His first name was Jim. He explained my options and was very helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Lundgren Honda.
