This place is a Joke they will lie cheat and steal to get you to buy a car. we went in and thought we had purchased a car and had a good finance rate only to find out days later we were turned away on the finance. They called asked us to come in and bring the car back after being there for over 6 hours with 3 kids what a nightmare. avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!!!! they are a scam.

Made an appointment the day before to see one car, arrived and was told it had been sold sometime between 5pm and 10pm (could be the truth - who knows?). Spent six hours haggling over another car that they were determined to sell me. I wanted to leave and have lunch to clear my head (and then return) and had to be downright rude to get them to give me the keys and let me go. Salespeople are high pressure and underhanded. I love my car but I regret ever dealing with these people.

I was checking on a blue Toyota Tacoma truck they had on their web site which seemed like a good deal with a low price and mileage, but discovered inadvertently from a Car Fax report that it was sold in late March. I called them to check whether it was available on their lot, but it was sold and they steered me to another vehicle. If the records from Car Fax are correct then this vehicle should have been removed by now, ie. July from their web site. I was kept on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes for a simple request trying to get information. I would be wary when dealing with them.

Sneaky charges added into the price with no copy of the breakdown i signed being given to me, misrepresentation as to the reason for the charges by the general manager, and no return of repeated phone calls to get further information. Ongoing problem.

Our truck was taken to service for three resons. 1) engine light on 2) shifting hard 3) rpm hand racing up and down. . Truck placed on machine. Shift solenenoid replaced on 1/09/07. Pick up truck on 1/10/07. Three milees into ride, engine light comes on, gear shifting hard ,rpm hand racing. I pull over check transmission fluid. SURPISE. The fluid is over flowed just as we left it ( purposely). Take back to service, was told on 1/12/07 the margerlin sensor is gone bad. If margerlin is gone bad (brain) inside the trans, How did the brain in the trans tell the machine the solenenoid was bad? How was the trans dropped without draining the fluid? When asked I about the fluid, I was told 10 quotes was put in and it did not over flow. The truck will only take 6/7 quotes. So how could this be done? Now the tech can't get the truck to stay started, but gives it to me anyway. It cuts off twice on the way home (3miles). I call , I'm told " we did'nt break it' Now we have four problems instead of three. For just $712.04. Oh ,$400.00 more and THEY well fix the sensor.

My experience with these crooks was 10 years ago, but it looks like they're still no good. They wanted full price for their car and to pay below book on my trade-in (Grand Caravan). We were several thousand dollars apart... I asked for my keys form the salesman - once, twice... He went to get them and came back with his boss who kept the sales (theft) tactic going. I asked him for my keys...he ignored me and kept talking. Afer a few minutes, I stood up and yelled that I had asked for my keys THREE times...I had better have my keys in the next two minutes or I would leave and call the police...I would press charges for auto theft and kidnapping as they were keeping me there against my will. i then started talked in a very louid voice of how they were trying to rip me off and that every customer (and there were several) better be careful. My keys appeared quickly and I left. The next day, I called the GM to inform hiom and he didn't care. I wrote Chrysler, but it looks like that didn't matter. Don't buy from crooks and they will go out of business.

Lustine Dodge is a viper pit (no pun)! The customer service manager told me I got a free accessory or 500 off the undercoating package, and then at signing it was if I got the undercoating. Then they messed up my tax and made me re-sign. They told me they would check on a second key while I signed and after it was over couldn’t get me one. Now, they call me 2 weeks later saying they miscalculated the price of my registration and how would I like to pay the extra 90 bucks! Do yourself a favor and find another dealer.

Absolutely the worst experience at a toyota car dealership in my life. Do not shop here, they will somehow make your life miserable and rip you off. The general sales manager is the worst of the lot. He refused to refund my deposit when we couldn't make a deal. I asked him if he was serious and he replied "go get a lawyer." I am not only doing that but am posting to every website on the net about this experience. If anyone has a problem with this dealership, also complain to Toyota directly at 1800 331 4331. Good luck

The car sold itself, too bad about what appears to be the dealership policy of continued harassment concerning the survey on behalf of the sales representative. The sales rep harassed my wife and then called my personal line and harassed by 10 year old daughter. A nightmare scenario really. They also missed one item while completing the financing papaerwork resulting in money out of pocket on my part. They did not want to even look at a rip in the back seat carpet. The sales Manager was able to sort the rip out though at a later date. The Preus has been a good car though.
