I went to this dealership after requesting information on four cars from four different companies. JP was the only one who gave me the information I requested but did not pursue me then on a daily basis with E mails and phone calls. A friend suggested leasing and I told him this before coming in. He was very receptive to our questions and allowed us to test drive without his presence that would intimidate. Though he was busy with other clients, he spent as much time as possible with us. He never pushed us to one car or the other and was overall, a great salesman. I would definitely go to him again and refer others to him.

I went into Luther Nissan Kia because I had seen a commercial and was wondering if I qualified for one of their lease specials. I walked in before they even opened, not realizing it and spoke to Sue just inside the door. Even though she technically wasn't working yet she still sat down with me and talked to me. I wasn't sure I could even afford a car, but new exactly how much I could afford as a payment. After test driving one vehicle with Sue, she could tell that I was okay with the Nissan Sentra, but wasn't at all excited about it. I knew I had limited options because Sue was very honest with me about my credit and the payment options before we test drove anything. I really felt like she understood that this was a nervous purchase for me. Sue asked me if I would like to test drive a Kia Soul, but was up front in telling me that Kia may not approve me due to my credit. I test drove the Kia Soul anyways and fell in love with it! Sue obviously could tell because she and a finance manager talked Kia into accepting me and lowering the monthly payments on a lease. I was so very excited and although, the process and paperwork of the lease took a long time it was well worth the wait. Jamie was very up front and explained all the paperwork I had to sign. I didn't feel pressured or forced which was a VERY different experience than the other dealerships (Chevy and Ford specifically) that I had spoken to and test drove with over the previous months. I will be going back to Luther for all of my future car leases or purchases!

This experience was so incredible from the previsit phone calls with Luke Horn to the actual onsite visit. We were greeted at the door immediately by a very pleasant gal then worked with Luke Horn and Michael Gittins for the purchase process. It was such a great day and they kept us informed all through the "waiting" period, bent over backwards throughtout the visit to answer questions and help. I am so happy and satisfied. You really have put the customer first.

went to have my car brake checked, service dept said my brake were ok.. then after two weeks went back again bec theres something wrong with my break, finally they said its the bearing that's broken question why is it that I need to go twice and beg them that theres something wrong with my break..do you guys do the diagnostic or just look and see without testing...

Another satisfied experience. I like that when I open my door and go to the service desk that I'm greated by name. Love the flexible hours and the ease of scheduling. Went in for a simple oil change but was able to get a battery serviced on short notice. Prices well below what I was quoted at Tires Plus. Bought my Altima here and always get it serviced here as well.
