My Review of M & M Motor Mall:
Unfortunately, in our area there are not many Honda dealers. I own 2 Honda Motor cycles and a Honda Accord. I highly reccomend driving extra distance to avoid M&M Motor mall. I have had very negative experiences with their service department, motorcycle sales department, and car sales department. Several vehicles (motorcycles and cars) have been miss-represented to me by their sales force. The service department is largely incompetent and I've paid money for work that did not fix problems but they would not refund money because the work was already done. I've returned my Accord to them several times to have the same problem fixed without success. In addition, I've had very, very rude sales people in the motorcycle department. I work very close to M&M Motor Mall and many people I work with have had similar negative experiences.

lisa behr (service advisor) helped me so much i think she was incredible the way she dealt with my service questions just wanted to say thanks to her and her excellent service
