My Review of MCCORDS VANCOUVER TOYOTA:
I almost made a deal here, but the final deal never made it to paper. I went back to see if we could do it, first thing the next morning, and of course nobody who made the original deal was there. Unfortunately the word I got back was "that deal didn't exist". Bad choice of words. They finally called me back several times to ask me to come back and do the deal, but I had already been to Dick Hannah Kia, where instead of being lied to and insulted, I was listened to and treated with respect. I spent 4k more, but instead of having to buy used to get the Toyota I wanted, I got a nicely loaded, brand new Kia Sedona. I suppose I should thank McCord's, really. Dick Hannah Kia is the best dealership I've ever dealt with, bar none.
As for McCord's, I won't be back. I don't like customers who don't do their research, and then whine about the car buying process. Do your job and you'll get a good deal. Same goes for salespeople. You have your job, I have mine, it's nothing personal. Treat people with respect, admit your mistakes instead of blaming the customer for them, and you'll move more product.
