My Review of MCDAVID HONDA FRISCO:
I came in to buy a specific car in a specific color that was high in demand. They bent over backwards in every way to get me the exact car i wanted! There was only one on texas and my guy drove out the next day to get it for me. I got a fair price for my trade-in, and when i came in pre-approved for financing they matched my rate. They do try to overcharge for the dealer add-ons aka: turtle wax and scotch guard, but they did take those charges way down in the end. The financing guy didnt press the extended warrany too bad, and was quick and friendly. My experience was a very good one.

My Review of MCDAVID HONDA FRISCO:
I felt valued as a customer from the minute I walked into the store, from the front desk to the salesperson to finance, it was great and well worth it. The buying process did seem a bit long, but not unlike other car purchases, I have made over the years. What they promised is what I got, from the sale itself to the service afterwards. They did have to locate the Accord my wife and I wanted but they kept us updated daily, which was nice and frankly a bit unusual from other experiences we have had at other dealerships. The Accord came in on time, was ready for us when we arrived and there were no surprises. A friend recommended them and I would do the same.

You can't believe a word that they say. I dealt with both the new and used car managers. They say pretty things but fail to do them. Both don't tell the truth and fail to get back to you when they claim they will. Stay away. Honda makes great cars but there are many, many other reputable dealerships to do business with.

My Review of MCDAVID HONDA FRISCO:
I wasted a significant amount of time with McDavid Honda of Frisco trying to get an answer and help on why the service department treated my family different from other customers who purchased the 2005 Odyssey Touring from them. They told us nothing about how we could be reimbursed from Michelin because the PAX run-flat tire system prematurely wears out (we managed to get a whopping 25,000 miles out of our tires, which I'm told by both Honda and Michelin is rare). I am extremely disappointed in the dealerships ineptitude at servicing its customers, and this really comes as a shock to me considering the company's reputation and our current economic climate. I will take my money to a different Honda dealer for my future needs. Thanks for nothing Derek Johnson (McDavid Honda of Frisco's Service Manager).
