When I purchased the vehicle from them. They would called way before my payments were due asking when I'm going to make a payment when the payment was not yet due. Last month I told them to come and picked up the vehicle. I did a volunteer repo. Today I get a noticed on my credit report they reported a miss payment. Not sure how's that when they have the vehicle. I reported you all to the BBB. I will never purchase from this company ever again. It's sad all the reviews are bout saying the same thing about you all. More

Man do not buy here first purchased last year within 3 months the car had to be put in their shop I was without a car for 2 weeks no rental nothing...the car was sold to me like that. The service person was wonderful and I got my car quicker than expected. Next called me for my plates the sales manager put the wrong plates on my car for 3 months I had the wrong plates tags etc...they called me repeatedly for their mistake. I was behind due to illnesses they repossessed the car. Got it back was sick in the hospital mind you I kept in contact. One payment behind made arrangements which was for the next day. My sister called me at the hospital said my car was gone. I had to get my son to school the next week called them the next morning the representative Jeanette put notes that I wanted them to get the car..that was xx and she knew it. I never said that at all. So many things can say more of. They call you everyday don't read notes or arrangements the worst company ever. I bout 2 cars from them in the past. I hate this company I will never refer mcmc to anyone with the company they way it is now. Take your money else where. I promise it will be fine don't buy from mcmc More

I never received plates for my vehicle. I asked when I bought the vehicle were they going to be mailed “yes” never got them. I moved out of state got 34 days behind and they took the car. I tried to make payment arrangements and they said no that they want the car back in Texas. What is owed on the vehicle is $17350 thr KBB is less than $2k due to the recalls. HORRIBLE customer service. The harass you by calling no kidding 10-12 times a day then when you try to call them no answer. Rude horrible service. And don’t even try to use the warranty. Car had been in a wreck as I found broken glass in back seat and no reports indicating wreck. More

Got my very first car from MCMC (I was so excited at first). HOWEVER the SUV REFUSES TO START. Will not even attempt to turn over. MCMC is NOT working with me to have this car fixed. Avoiding my calls and emails. I’m now stuck without transportation and this was my very first vehicle. I can’t get to work yet they have the nerve to ask me to pay them for a car that won’t even start? I begged for assistance in having the car towed and looked at by a mechanic but the service team is avoiding me. They lied about it having no previous wrecks and claimed it was the “nicest and smoothest car on their lot at the time”. THREE WEEKS AFTER I GET THE CAR IT BREAKS DOWN DUE TO ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. AND IM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR THAT WONT START. I’m in tears. Worst experience ever. More

I finally got money to get a ride to them and called to retrieve my items. They told me my stuff was thrown away. And will not tell me what day, who threw it away, where or anything. Mind u the lady never said it was a timeframe. And the manager got rude and hung up on me. I’ve been getting alerts that someone has been tryna get items under my ssn. I had very very important documents in the car as well expensive clothing for my kids and I. They took my stuff an sold it. They took my DL and and got my ssn off my documents. The manager Mannie was very very rude when I called and when I said I was calling the cops he hung up. More

Predatory lender with even worse customer service. Circumvented their procedures by calling to get release of my vehicle which i was behind in payments earlier then wanted to release it. They then behind my back called and cancelled the release option early and told me that they couldn't do it because the other company wouldn't allow it to happen. At this point then got mad when I cussed them out for doing that. Then instead of allowing to continue business the closed the account permanently and blocked all communication so i couldn't even set appointment to get my personal belonging out of the vehicle. These people are the worst kind of people to even associate with....I would not even give a star if I could. More

This is literally the worst dealership to purchase a car from in the entire state of Texas. The salesman lied about me having new breaks, tires, windshield wipers and a fresh oil change.
