Best Car Buying experience EVER! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ana and Mini of Portland. My husband and I went in to Mini to brows after visiting the at show. Ana took us for a test drive and we were in love with the car. BUT, the most important part of this process is that Ana as well as no one else at Mini were pushy or over selling anything to us. They simply asked questions to find out if a mini would be a good fit for what we were looking for and answered all of our questions without pushing a sale on us! Ana helped us through the process of building our custom mini and all I can say is that I wouldn't have wanted to go through that process with any one else! We put down our deposit to order our 2019 JCW but were a little concerned with what if we don't like it when it gets here?? Ana reassured us that if we didn't like it we simply get our money back and that's it. WOW, car buying has never been this easy! Needless to say when our car arrived we absolutely loved it so no issues there. Ryan was extremely helpful on giving us the full tutorial of the vehicle and showing us all of our features. He is an endless well of mini knowledge and the best part was that he was the person we spoke with at the car show! I have already recommended Mini of Portland, Ana & Ryan to people and will absolutely continue to do so. Ryan even called me about a week or so after we picked up our car to see of we had any more questions about the vehicle or features etc? How great is that! They still care even after you leave the lot! That said a lot to me about this place. More

Fast forward a couple of months and we went into the dealership, lured (in the best possible sense) by a pretty great special offer. We reconnected with Krista and were impressed by how she approached the sale. We are usually non-plussed by sales people but her lowkey, straightforward approach, and the ability to think creatively as well as be an advocate for us resulted in our purchase of a phenomenal new Clubman that is a perfect blend of style and practicality that really suits us. We've had nothing but positive experiences with mini and are thrilled to be able to keep motoring! More
Worth the 750 mile one way trip! After failing to locate the Mini I wanted in my home state and another neighboring state, I looked online at Mini of Portland and I’m glad I did! Bryn Weigel was a pleasure to work with: polite, professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive, he found me the right car within an hour. We consummated the deal, I gave a nominal deposit and flew up to Portland 5 days later and drove the car home. Any concerns I had about buying long distance using the web and phone were immediately erased. Bryn Weigel my sales advisor and Tyler Degele who handled the extended warranty and maintenance contracts were both great- highly recommend! More

Ryan Dooley, my salesman, called to confirm when I'd be there and the car was ready when I got there. Ryan was easy to talk with, low key, no pressure. Everything was explained, the process was smooth and easy. DJ, the finance manager, was great, too. Friendly, personable, professional. The whole place is clean and well kept, lots of options for a beverage, it's quiet, too. NO "Musac" in the background. I am madly in love with my "new" 2013 Fiat 500C, and a new fan of Mini of Portland. More
Tried to Rip Me Off I was in for routine service - oil change - first time after the warranty expired on my 2014 Clubman. I was waiting because I live 50+ miles away. A I was in for routine service - oil change - first time after the warranty expired on my 2014 Clubman. I was waiting because I live 50+ miles away. After a while, the rep comes and says that the front brake pads are down, and should be replaced, I say OK - but was surprised - the car only has 30K on it. A previous Mini didn't need brake work until about 60K... The guy comes back a while later and says - there are grooves worn in the front rotors - they should be replaced too... I sigh... and say OK. He comes back again and says that they don't have the rotors in stock, I'll have to come back. I ask if it will be alright to drive with the old ones... he says 'sure.' I walk out of there (having come for a free oil change) with a $740 charge on my card - paying for the rotors in advance... I get home and read through the paperwork - the mechanic had written that the front rotors were 'too big.' What??? I call, and find out that the rotors on the car are the wrong ones for the car. I tell them that I bought the car brand new from this SAME dealer (the only one in Oregon) and that the rotors on the car came on the car when it was NEW - and that it had only been serviced AT THAT dealership!!! How the xxxx could they charge me to replace incorrect rotors that came on the car??? I got brushed off by them (we'll check it out and get back to you)... I told them to let me know when the new rotors were in, I'd come up (another 100+ mile round trip) - and eventually did get back up, they replaced the rotors, and I still wanted a refund - turns out that the wrong rotors had been installed 'at the port' - whatever that means... I was told that they couldn't just refund to my credit card... that they'd have to send a check... again, the brush off. Finally I researched and found the email for the CEO of LIthia Motors - and sent emails to the Manager at Mini of Portland and to the head of Lithia - and THAT got some response. They said the check would be mailed first thing the next day... after still some delay, it finally did show up. The real reason for my disgust with MINI of Portland, is that I believe they deliberately tried to rip me off - to get me to pay for the new rotors when they knew very well that the wrong ones came on the car when it was new. More

She was extremely helpful and patient as we decided on the right Mini for us. She was very tuned in to our preferences and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. We had a great experience purchasing our Mini and have enjoyed driving our cute, quick little car so much. We would highly recommend Mini of Portland because of their excellent service. Thanks again to Krista for an amazing Mini-buying experience! We have the cutest car ever! More

AWESOME IVAN service tech Ivan went the extra mile with my warranty company and saved me almost $2500.00 . The company did not want to cover as my problem was caused by "poor maintenance". He explained I had just bought the car and it was caused by the previous owner. It took some sweet talk but he got them to cover a problem they didn't have to. Not to mention he is just an awesome guy. Mini of Portland is a great company to work with and all the folks there have the clients best interest as their main focus. Had I known how great they are I would have been a client of theirs when they first opened. I am for ever greatfull to Ivan and his team! More
