My Review of Madera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I really appreciate the way Mike accommodates our service needs. We purchased a new Ram diesel in 2009 and had it serviced at our local dealership. We were not satisfied with the way we were rudely treated and the service manager not honoring their estimates.

I've had my truck serviced at Madera since and have been very satisfied. In fact we were so satisfied with the great service it helped us to decide on our new car we purchased this year. We bought a new Dodge Durango and are very satisfied with it.

Just had our first service completed on it a the Madera dealership.

It is worth the drive out of town to have both our Dodges serviced in Madera.

The customer service that we received from Mike Dusan was outstanding. He is the reason that we will continue to take our car to that dealership. I really liked how he had a rent a car already set up for my wife. It was so convenient for us. Hope to have Mike as our service advisor for every visit. My Review of Madera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We have had our jeep serviced at the Madera Chrysler dealership ever since we purchased it in 1998 (formerly Pistoresi). We drive from Los Banos which is 45 miles from the dealership each time we service our vehicle. We do this because of the excellent service and courtesy of the staff.
Mike Dusan has always been very helpful. Vehicle last serviced on May 3, 2012.

My Review of Madera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Jim and Madera Dodge were very pleasant to deal with and were very up front with the pricing and all the details. It was worth the 45 minute drive to buy my truck here.

UPDATE: A few days after I received my truck I noticed a problem with the vehicle. I delt with Amer and Jim in resolving the issue and they were very nice, understanding, and accomodating. The issue was resolved and I couldn't be happier with the customer service here. They have earned a customer for life in me and I will keep coming back (and send everyone I know in the market for a car here!). I think the true mark of a good business is how they treat their customers after the sale and they have proven themselves to be one of the best.

I was very hesitant about looking at and purchasing a vehicle. It was a new experience for me. Jim responded to my emails and found what I wanted and helped me to overcome my anxiety. It was a good experience and I would recommend the dealership and Jim Hamby to my friends without hesitation. Another thing that impressed me was the followup by other staff memebers via email.
