I have bought many new cars over my 62 years. This was the easiest,most positive dealer experience I have ever had. He came back quickly with a very good price (based on my internet research). I was able to just say "Yes", without the dreaded visit from the Sales Manager (who did stop by briefly, just to say hello). The dealership, the staff, and the approach to selling me a car completely avoided the sleaziness that unfortunately has stereotyped the industry. I recommend Madison Honda and Paul Fuchs highly. Before setting foot on this dealer I went to two other Honda dealers on 22 and one in Paramus leaving not only disappointed but pressured and even upset. Mark Stocke from sales warmly greeted us and just the whole experience from there was great...I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy the car and he took his time to explain how the process worked (is first new car). I decided to purchase an Accord EX-L and the day it arrived Mark reserved a whole hour to show me the car and sat with me and went over all the features and even helped me set up the Bluetooth! He was very patient and knowledgeable (me and the friend I went with asked tons of questions). There's five Honda dealers that are a lot closer to my house than Madison; but because I had such a great experience with the sales department I will definitely comeback here to get all services performed in my car and when I need a new Honda I will be there! Also, I would recommend this place to all my friends looking to purchase a Honda...I also got a very good deal! (because I am a girl, the other dealers automatically tried to ripped me off and assumed I knew nothing about cars-->ehem Route 22) More

Sales Associate was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend the dealership to others. As a side note, I completed a similar survey to this over the phone so I'm not sure why the online version is also requested as it is duplicative.
