I have purchased many vehicles from main Motors and now 2 with the new owners. Easy to work with and most service has been good. 3 visit so far for chip install from when there was a shortage, still no resolution, additional problems pop up every time they look at it. I just visited this dealership this afternoon and worked with Selene. She was great. She took the time to pull the used truck around and a quick test drive. We noted several cosmetic issues such as deep paint scratches, rear bumper damage, deep curb rash on the rims, alignment pulling right (maybe the rims), chip in the windshield, and a broken front grill. The truck was also priced at $35,995 which is higher than most for that year, trim, and milage (not including the issues pointed above). After some discussion, we made a potential offer (a few thousand less than the listed price) as they weren't going to repair/replace any of the issues noted. Selene proceeds to inform her manager of the offer. As they walked towards my wife and I and while she's introducing her manager (i believe he was Jeremy McFarland), he blurts "I'm not here to have a conversation, I'm here to say See Ya!". Just like that, the manager walked back towards the building and we walked away without another word. I've never been so disgusted and disrespected in my life. We drove 45 minutes to see this truck...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALSHIP I HAVE EVER VISTITED thanks for their sales manager. If you're looking for a respectable dealership who will appreciate your time and business, look else where. We were at Walser in Bloomington and even though we didn't find the right truck, they were outstanding from the moment we walked in to when we walked out. They're also under a huge expansion/renovation which explains the contrast in customer service. To the Owner(s) of this dealership, you may want to investigate this further. Selene has my number. My 2023 Suburban went in for a standard service, a issue was found, parts ordered I return Suburban (NO loaner provided) repair was attempted Drove my truck home upon arriving home motor was smoking extrem was found, parts ordered I return Suburban (NO loaner provided) repair was attempted Drove my truck home upon arriving home motor was smoking extremely bad. Truck was then towed back to Mauer, This was huge inconvenience was going out of town with family did not have my 8 passenger (NEW) truck to go. Monday received call said no issue just radiator Fluid was spilled all over exhaust. Now when I drive my 2023 it absolutely smells horrible. Burning radiator fluid . Just what I want to drive around and smell, it is so bad that my cloths smell like this when I get out of truck. I WILL NEVER use this dealership again, they have destroyed my truck no longer has new truck smell, smells like a pierce of crap. This is how you service a $70,000+ vehicle with no respect for the ownership of this. I will make sure to let all know not to use this dealership More
