My Review of Main Street Motors:
The person that I have dealt this is lazy and is not completely honest. When I bought my used car they hand wrote the information on all of the forms, instead of typing it or using a computer. The person that wrote the information screwed up the VIN and added an extra number. When I found out the following Monday, I called that person and told them that they wrote the wrong number on all of the forms that were submitted. She said that she would correct it and suggested that I call my bank to tell them about the error, even though she was the one the submitted the information to them (and screwed it up). I called my bank and told them about the error and I asked her if she would correct it with the warranty company and the state (in regards to my registration) and she said yes. Now, three weeks later, when I received my warranty card I found out she never corrected it. Then she tells me to call them myself.
Also, before I picked up my car I was told they would fix the brakes but they didn't do what was needed they just changed the brake pads (the cheapest option)
They are lazy and insincere and it's not worth it. They customer is HORRIBLE!
