My Review of Major Infiniti:
I paid their asking price on a 2005 Expedition only to find that they had misrepresented the vehicle's towing capacity in their advertising.
Fortunately, the only cost to bring it up to the advertised capacity was for an upgraded transmission oil cooler. Of course when I asked them to cover the $350 cost, they refused. Had I known that the vehicle would need an upgrade, I would have offered far less than asking price.
Nice folks to deal with until you have a problem, then forget it.
