My Review of Major World Ford/Lincoln/Mercury:
The sales guy Freddy C. offered to throw in my all weather mats. When I went to pick up the mats (after I got my vehicle), they were the cloth mats that came with the car. I called and complained and he told me that "they ARE the mats" and I should "flip them over". Basically he took me as a fool. Week went by and he kept saying he had my mats and when I went to Major world to pick them up, he never had them. Bsically giiving me the run-around! So the manager Steve had to intervene.
A few more weeks passed by and Steve called said he had my mats and that they were delivered. I picked them up at Major World (without looking in the box), and when I got home the mats were for a FORD EDGE. FYI I have a Lincoln - a 45K vehicle! Basically I got played!!!! So, Freddy if your reading this, what goes around comes around! Remember that during your distraught moments!
You dont treat your customers like they don't know any better- to tell them that the carpet mats can turn over for all weather mats. AND you should be direct with you customer if you had the mats or not.
