My Review of Majorworld Cevrolet:
Beware before you sign the contract or actually avoid at all cost .
I signed a contract to buy a new car at an agreed price.
on the contract though they made some spurious calculation in which they would charge me more but to account for the price we agreed upon, they would give me more "RETAILER REBATE"
Fine, it is weird but i was even ok with that.
The day i signed the contract, i noticed that they charged me twice for delivery and handling fee of 1000 dollars.
so the next day i went to the dealer and to speak with the person -- At this point, I still didn't get my car. and after talking for a while I realized they were very spurious and sneaky so i requested that i want refund of downpayment i made of about 20% of the price of the car and cancel the contract. They refused to give me any refund. they claimed that there is no refund and no cancellation once we sign the contract and that because we signed the contract, we have to buy the car at the price on the contract. They didn't tell me that they dont give refund before i signed the contract and no where on the wall or even within the contract, i could find the saying that they don't give any refund or cancellation of contract to buy a new car - they couldn't show me anything regarding that policy.
they even claimed that it is their right not to TELL and not to GIVE REFUND NOR ALLOW CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT TO BUY. ALL THIS IS EVEN BEFORE I GOT THE KEY TO THE CAR AND GET THE CAR. I went back the day after i signed the contract -- the very next day before i even got my car.
They just claim that once you sign the contract, you have to pay the price because you signed the contract - implicating that even if they rip you off. I EVEN offer to pay for 225 for registration of plate fee plus document fee of 45 dollars although i don't need to. they flat out ignored me treating me very badly.
Do not use this dealer. they were screaming at me. it was me and my one other family member vs 4 people and even their manager. When i asked them by law they must tell us about the policy regarding cancellation or refund they said to me "are you an attorney? no? then go get lawyer. we are not giving cancellation or refund"
I don't want to deal with this dealer and people at all.
though their name is majorworld chevrolet, they own all the adjacent car dealer that has Majorworld in front. BEWARE. they charge you more and when you notice that they charged you more, they don't give refund or even allow cancellation.
if you want to use this dealer, pay the minimum amount of downpayment so you don't have to deal with them even if you lose the downpayment of say a couple of hundred dollars or even thousand dollars.

I came and visit Major Word (has a huge inventory of Cars), According to Auto Trader Ads of this car dealer ship and on web site www.majorworld.com has a lots of cars in lower prices even 50 % from Market, that’s sound awesome and when you call to conform them about that car they will tell you that cars is great condition and no problem, with that conformation you will decide to visit that dealer ship for you great deal but when you go there its totally opposite from internet, their sales man do not know where is car and they will just take you in big lot with car and cars every side, and after half an hour they will tell you SIR THIS IS THE CAR YOU LOOKED ON INTERNET, and you will SHOCKED TO SEE THAT CARS, ON INTERNET THEY ARE NOT TELLING TO YOU REAL PROBLEMS LIKE HIT FROM DOOR OR FRONT AND BACK, THEY WILL NOT EVEN TELL YOU WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK ABOUT THAT CAR, I drove all the way from CT and spend $40 gas and tools also and I called major world many times and I had my cashier check with me to buy car, but they are not like what they showing on internet, I WILL NOT RECOMAND ANY BODY TO GO ON THAT DEALER SHIP BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ONCE YOU BUY CAR. CAR MIGHT BE GOOD OUT SIDE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW ABOUT ANY ENGINE PROBLEMS, AND THEY RELY WON’T TELL YOU, THANKS GOD I DID NOT BUY CAR FROM THEM.
