THE PART MY VEHICLE NEEDED WAS NOT IN STOCK BUT THEY SENT A DRIVER TO THE
NEXT NEAREST DEALERSHIP AND PICKED UP THE PART. MY VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler:
The manager asked me not to go back there again. The reason was, I complained about the service that they promised to do, they ended up not doing it. They promised to do the work and when I picked it up, it was not done. The manager said that I should take my money and never go back again.

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler:
Took my 2003 jeep that was on extended warranty for repairs. They lost the car and did not report it to me or the police. After 3 days I went to hunt down the car, at which point the manager was too busy watching a movie on his computer while I was there asking for his help. They refused to get me a loaner and after agreeing to pay a portion of the rental thay agreed to pay $20.00 a day to Enterprise for a car. They refused to give me info to file with their insurance. They went back on their word to help me get another car, instead they offered to sell me a used 2007 without warranty at the regular price that was advertised on their web site. This is just part of the story that I have regarding this incident. And this happened all within one month. How can you lose a car and treat a 16 year customer like crap. The detective that is investigating this matter told me that it positively looks like an inside job. Even the detective asked how can you lose a car and not report it for 3 days. And if it were not for me going out of my way to inquire, they probably would have waited for 3 more days.
On the day that I reported the car lost, I also made the 60th and last payment, for a total of over $43,000.00. Of course I'll be lucky to recover even $15K, by the admission of owners son who is the GM of the dealership. But the day after they lost my car he was the first to tell me that he was going to "take care" of me. Little did I know that he meant that he was going to complete screwing me like his service people did. This is the reason that the 5 star raiting is a joke and a sham.

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler:
I stopped by to get my 15000 mile service and to have a noise in suspension checked out. Without telling me upfront, the service associate, Rick Carbia, charged me $644 with tax and labor. Later, he denied not telling me how much the service will be, called me a liar and said "you are full of sh*t". They did not fix the noise in the suspension, the first time or the second time. The noise is still there and I'm NEVER going to Manhattan Chrysler Jeep again to try to fix it. I'll try the Dodge dealership in Queens.
Also, a piece of advice: check with your warranty book for regular service required, and ask the dealer to do exactly that. Also ask how much upfront!!!
