My check oil light came on and normally when this happens I call the maple ridge dealership and I have some oil added just until my actual change oil light comes on and then I’ll book a service. That day I c I call the maple ridge dealership and I have some oil added just until my actual change oil light comes on and then I’ll book a service. That day I called and asked if I could do the same since I live in Surrey and I would have to drive to maple ridge to do so. Mind you I’m a nurse and I worked a night the night before so I was just looking for a quick in and out to help ease my mind and was so happy that I was told to come in. When I arrived Doug was who was helping me and to be frank he wasn’t helpful at all. I get quite anxious about my car and when lights start going off so naturally I just wanted someone to tell me everything was ok. I explained that I spoke to someone on the phone and that they would do the same thing they did for me last time which was add some oil to my engine however Doug insisted that I leave my car even though I couldn’t since I had to work again at 3 and then he decided to instead ignore my concern all together and encourage me to book a service. When I told him how many km I had on my car he made a remark as if he was in disbelief that I drove that many km… which frankly isnt his business . I’ve never had this issue with Drew before he was always so kind to me and he explained everything to me but this Doug guy honestly never again. I’ll go to another dealership instead of wasting my time driving there. More
