My Review of Maplewood Toyota:
horrible salesmen that won't let you test drive and only care about commission. They don't even have their facts straight. They told us a Yaris cost twice what it really does. Also, they aren't helpful in suggesting vehicles or answer questions about vehicles. They just treat you like they don't care and wish you'd go away. I just don't get it. My husband and I make over a 100K a year, you'd think they'd want to sell us a vehicle. Also, they made us wait forever to test drive. They wouldn't let us the first time we came in. The sales guy said he'd only help us if we were going to buy that day cause he needed the commission. Then we came in again and got a different guy, but he wasn't very helpful and took a long time getting us to the test driving point. I've been to tons of other dealers and never had any of these issues.
