My Review of Marina Dodge:
Careful - when they say "All internet prices include a $2,000 Cash or trade down" they mean that a cash deal will cost you $2000 more than their advertised price. Since that's the price they pass on to others (e.g. cars.com) where the disclaimer won't appear you may be unpleasantly surprised. Also watch out for things changing when the salesperson suddenly passes you off to the sales manager. Sad - this was a very sharp and straightforward dealership when I dealt with them in 2002. No longer.

My Review of Marina Dodge:
This dealership is the most sneaky, underhanded one I've ever dealt with. We signed papers only to be told that the deal won't work (after being told it was fine) and then the price increased. We've been back 4 nights in a row and each time were there for 1-2 hours! Each time we left being told we had to come back again and were assured that the paperwork would all be in order the following night. I've never been told so many lies in my life. There is no way I will ever, ever go to this dealership again and I will make sure to let everyone I know how badly we've been treated there. This dealership is the one that people joke about - you know the old car salesman high pressure jokes. If you want the worst experience of your life just go to Marina Dodge. Otherwise, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

My Review of Marina Dodge:
We started car shopping by looking on the Internet. It turns out that their web site was very misleading about the cost of the vehicles and what options the vehicle actually has. This caused us to buy a vehicle thinking that it had things that it didn't. When I talked to the salesman (when we didn't get his voicemail), he tried to make it sound like he was working on the issue, yet no progress was ever made. In 2 weeks of dealing with this issue, he never once called me back even though I called him 5 times. At this point, I believe he is completely blowing me off.

My Review of Marina Dodge:
Completely disappointed in my experience with Marina Dodge and its staff. Took over 4.5hrs to purchase a car including 2.5hrs for the car to be prepped and the paperwork to be "filed". Several staff made commitments that they never kept. Felt as if staff simply "said what I wanted to hear" in order to "make me happy."

The sales rep was average at best and did not seem to have a strong grasp on internal "process." Since my purchase I have had lackluster support and follow up from staff regarding ongoing issues.

One silver lining was a $50 gift certificate for my trouble during my initial visit. Unfortunately, service and support since them has continue to be sub-par.

I've left a message for the owner, remains to be seen what his response will be.

Very accomodating, looking to make the sale, well that's why they're in business, took care of me in every need I was looking for with my purchace of this car I now own. Customer satisfaction was on the top of their list and I'll find out if this will prove true when I return for my first oil change or what ever I need to visit this shop for after the sale. As far as I'm concerned they did me right enough to say I'd buy again from them.

My Review of Marina Dodge:
The overall experience was very unsatisfactory. We got the "run around" on everything, this was our 3rd vehicle purchased from a dealer and the worst one, from start to finish, period. I later heard from other's that had similar experiences with them, I wish I did more reshearch before we went there!! 5 star dealer my a*s!!
