It’s been almost a year later and my salesman Michael Wyatt is still providing great customer service anytime I call! I broke down on the side of the road today and called him for information/help. At the end of our conversation I realized it was his day of and he was out fishing with his dad who had come to town. Who does that? Michael Wyatt that’s who!

Let me start by saying that this is my first time buying a car and as a first time car buyer, looking for cars and talking with various different salespeople can be a very daunting and stressful experience. I personally dealt with Mike Kitts at Mark Chevrolet and have to say that we was the friendliest, most accomodating sales rep that I have ever dealt with. Right away he gave me better pricing and more information over the phone than anyone else and was more than willing to assist before even stepping foot in the dealership. Every thing ran smoothly from beginning to end, the vehicle we spoke of was waiting for me right outside to test drive. What I appreciate most about Mike was his honesty to offer me the best price right from the beginning. (I know because I was on the phone with other dealerships at the same time who admitted that they couldn't beat their price.) If you're looking for honest dealers who truly have your best interest at heart, Mike Kitts at Mark Chevrolet is THE only place and only person I'll deal with. I've been telling everyone about my experience and got a friend of mine into a great Silverado! Thanks Mike!

I am so pleased to of been able to come across this dealership! I am a twenty-something year old whose car had died and I was in dire need of finding a new vehicle. I was discouraged after working with a previous dealership who wouldn't ever return my calls with knowing interest I was looking to purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership I wasn't approached by your typical "salesman" in a button up shirt who was up to pressing buying the first vehicle I looked at. I was approached by a friendly smiley face who was willing to let me look around without being hassled and was available when I wanted to try out various vehicles. I got follow up calls, amazing customer service (even after purchasing the vehicle), and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone truly looking for a great experience in purchasing a vehicle. Dan is the man! :)

I have bought three cars from enzo. I would never go any where else. To of the cars i bought had minor problems. Enzo was right there to help fix the problems. He may be a little slow. And leave u waiting for a few minutes but over all the best sales man ever. I will never go any where else. I tryed dick scott Nissan. After waiting to weeks for a car i went to enzo and i drove a car same day. Thanks guys!!!!

Had scuff marks on rear bumper cover. Monte determined that they could be rubbed out. So, that's what he arranged to have done while I waited. A short time later, my vehicle was returned to me looking great. To my surprise, Monte told me that there would be no charge for rubbing out the scuff marks. What a pleasant surprise! Work that other dealerships and/or body shops would have charged, Monte performed at no cost. For all the great customer service I've received at Mark Chevrolet will definitely be returning again!!

Mark Chevrolet body shop did excellent work on my Avalanche. The entire process from estimate to working with my insurance company to parts ordering to repair scheduling and vehicle pick up was excellent. I received my vehicle back ahead of the promised time. The Service manager even took care of a few minor scratches while the truck was in the shop at no extra cost. I received my truck back washed and ready to go when I arrived. I purchased my truck from Mark and will continue to take my truck for service and would recommend them for any body work / detailing requirement or general service. No complaints.

I purchased a brand new Cruze. Trish was very helpful in getting EVERYTHING I needed and all I really had to do was pick up the car and sign! I will continue to be a Customer of Trish in the future. It was by far a great pleasure as always working with Mark Chevrolet!

Mark Chevrolet is by far the best Chevy dealership. My family has been going there for 17 years and we will continue to go there. Enzo Greco is absolutely fantastic to work with. I have been very happy with the service and I always drive off the lot happy! Thank you Enzo and Mark Chevrolet!!

I was in the market for a Chevy truck and Mark Chevrolet started out to be my first choice. My sales person Josh Berger and I hit it off very well in getting to know each other. When it came down to business at hand all parties envolved most notably sales manager Casey Cabana made the whole experience in completeing the truck deal fair and pleasurable. Josh Berger made the delivery of my truck in a timely fashion and went over all important items new and old as well setting up ONSTAR.After a week or so he called me and thanked me again and asked how everything was going with the truck.I was very impressed by the treatment and sincerity of it all that my wife decided she wanted a Impala, so off to Mark Chevrolet we went to do it all over. Brought my 2002 Chevy S10 Crewcab in because of a rust spot less than the size of a credit card. It wasn't terrible but the truck has low mileage (approx. 70,400). He looked at it last week. I brought it in yesterday since he said it could be done in one day. True to his word I picked up my truck yesterday early evening. It is beautiful. The color matches and I couldn't be more pleased. It looks like a new truck. Thank you Monty and the Body Shop team.
