Shopping at Markley Motors started on a bad foot but seemed to get better. However then it got drasticly worse. We had to hunt down a saleman in order to get help in test driving the car we wanted, once seemed to get better. However then it got drasticly worse. We had to hunt down a saleman in order to get help in test driving the car we wanted, once we drove it we wanted to talk numbers. We showed them the car we were looking to trade in, gave them all the information they needed. When our sales man Kenny Yates went to look for the guy to talk numbers with he was no where to be found, Kenny came back to us and said he was in a meeting and it would be about 20 minutes. We opted to leave and go to lunch and waited for the call we were promised, that call never came in. We would have bought that car the same day if we could have come to an agreement on numbers but it never made it that far because we were left in the dark and not called back. If it wasnt for this car being a fit I would never shop at Markley again or refer it to a friend. I would definitely use someone other than Kenny Yates. More
