In all honesty, I had the best car-buying experience of my life at Marlow Motor. Maynard Leckie and Larry Brinkman found the car I wanted below the budget I gave them; I've never even heard of this happening before. My purchase experience was seamless and not stressful at all. But, what impressed me the most was their being genuine, honest and patient with me and their continued interest in my satisfaction with my car and service at Marlow Motor (which has been fabulous, as well). Theirs is not a dealership full of sharks and piranahs but rather people of character who genuinely appreciate my business, and I thank them for that. I will always come back to Marlow Motor to buy a car.

The entire staff at the dealership are all genuine and extremely friendly. They all help each other to provide each customer with the best service they can as a team. We traded in our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Susan was super helpful in helping us pick out the right vehicle and worked very hard to find us exactly what we were looking for. We really needed to trade our new Grand Caravan in so we could have a reliable vehicle for our winter on the mountain. Bill and Mike worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible! Frank gave us a great deal on our trade. We are extremely happy with our trade and definitively will be customers for life! Our dealings with marlow were awesome! At Marlow they were extremely helpful, and willing to work with me as best they could. They gave me a very reasonable offer for my traded in (Blue book value for trade in). They pointed me in the right direction to my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. They stayed well after their closing time to make sure I was able to drive home with the truck I wanted. They went above and beyond most dealers and treated me with respect and had a genuine care for my business. Very pleased overall with my purchase and experience at Marlow.

I am so happy with my new car, and the experience I had at Marlow Motors in Front Royal. Susan & Bill were wonderful. I went there not knowing what to expect considering my credit is low. It took A couple of days and I was getting A lil nervous but Susan & Bill kept talking and working with the finance places on my behalf, and I end up leaving in A brand new Chrysler 200. Its beutiful its like A dream. I dont think I could ever thank Bill & Susan enough. I would recommend them to anyone that asks me THX guys!!

My girlfriend is VERY picky about her vehicles, and wanted to get them detailed. She first brought in her Jeep Wrangler, and was ecstatic about the amount of detail taken when Marlo (ahem) "detailed" it. They even cleaned the engine! She then brought in her Dodge dually pickup, which had never been detailed- it looks like new! (it's a 2007). Nice friendly people and reasonable pricing. Thanks, guys

The experience at this dealership was the best experience I've had at one. The customer service was excellent. The cars were excellent and our salesperson josh lambert was excellent in his customer care. We would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

My husband and I purchased a new car from Marlow Motors a couple of years ago. We had a great experience with our sales person (Maynard) but it went downhill from there. I absolutely dread it every time I need to take my car in for service. Now I mostly just take it in for oil changes since we purchased the platinum plan for reduced rates for oil changes. We find the employees of the service department to be very rude and act as though we are an inconvenience to them. Each time my car goes in for an oil change, we bring it home and there are oil leaks on my garage floor. Also, my steering wheel is left greasy. It was just inspected by them yesterday and whoever scraped off the old inspection sticker left the remnants from the sticker on my dash. I would expect more from a 'service' department. It's for this reason that when we went to purchase a new Dodge, I went out of town to another dealership. Which by the way, offers free inspections when you purchase a vehicle from them. This may be a little thing to some people, but every new car I've purchased, the dealership has offered free inspections (Marlow does not).
Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership nor will I purchase a new or used vehicle from them again.
