My Review of Maroone Nissan of Delray:
BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! My experience with Maroone Nissan has been a nightmare!! To make a long story short, over a 3 month period they had my car in and out of the shop for close to a month, costing me time and money. After all was said and done they never fixed the problem. The last time I brought it in, they basically told me to take it elsewhere, there was nothing more they were going to do to rectify the issue. They are liars, and as far as I'm concerned incompetent!

My Review of Maroone Nissan of Delray:
Collision Center – DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

They do not complete the work on time. John calls and tells you it’s completed, only to find out parts weren't ordered or half the work hasn't been done yet. When trying to explain the problem John assumes he knows what you are saying and will not listen, then become argumentative which escalates into total frustration. Forget about being patient with this shop, your car won’t be completed any quicker or right the first time. Good customer service doesn’t exist at this shop.

I have never had any problems from shops I have dealt with in the past. This is the first and last time I will ever use Maroone Service or Collision centers. I’ve purchased 1 car in the past and will also not waste my money at a dealership with such poor customer service or pride in the work that they do.

OWNER BEWARE!!
