We came to help my son purchase a used car and establish his credit after getting his first full-time job. Marquardt made the experience an absolute pleasure from the owner to all staff involved. Miguel was our salesperson, showed our son a variety of vehicles in his price range. Even though our son is only 20, he went above and beyond and explained the details and the sales process carefully to him with as much respect and regard as a much older customer might expect. Ruben and Deanna assisted in finalizing the financing and insurance details and gave good advice and made the buying process a pleasure. From Kurt the owner stopping in to the rest of the team, we felt like they were dealing with us the way they would deal with family. The staff stayed late to complete the last minute details too, making sure we were taken care of. We never felt pressured and the whole process was very straight forward and pleasant. One side note, the vehicle, a 2012 LaCrosse, developed a floppy visor a few days later and the service team took care of the issue, no questions asked. A class act all around! This will be our first choice for future vehicle purchases and we highly recommend Marquardt Buick-GMC for anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

Marquardt did an excellent job fitting the four new Bridgestone P245/40R20 95 V rated tires. Mike Hubbard was the service consultant and Brett Tiltges was the mechanic. They are both excellent at the Bridgestone P245/40R20 95 V rated tires. Mike Hubbard was the service consultant and Brett Tiltges was the mechanic. They are both excellent at their jobs. And last but not least there's Klaus Aagaard who never ceases to amaze me when it comes to diagnosing and repairing my 2003 Cadillac Seville. Sam Micaletti greeted us at the door. I let him know I was interested in ordering a blue AT4 truck. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me build our truck. After I was done telling him what I wanted, he suggested things that I didn't think of. He was a pleasure to work with. Dave Arenson the general sales manager took the time to go over the truck that we built. To make sure I didn't leave out any details. It took about a little over 4 months to get the truck. As far as financing goes Patrick Douglas was pleasant and to the point. I needed to move money out of my investment account into my checking account. I told him I need a week for the money to get into my checking account.I told him I would date the check for when it would be ready. He told me to write it for the current day and it would not be deposited until the following week. I was extremely upset when I went on my bank account a couple days later to find out that the check had already been deposited and returned for insufficient funds. More

In the middle of our latest cold snap with Negative temperatures, my battery Quit working on my new 2023 Envision Avenir. Without hesitation, they fully replaced the battery at no charge of course.
