"Realized that I was charged 23000 instead of 18000 that was "

I was leaving for a trip when my car broke down. Running short on time I went to marsterler motors and found they had a 2011 yukon for 16,600. So I went and bought it. I was told that the total was going to be 18,000 tax title and all... free warranty for 50,000 miles. So I put 8,000 down and quickly signed the papers without reading much. 5 months and 5 payments of 560.00 later I call to see what the payoff amount is and I find out that I owe 17,400. Turns out after electronicly signing the paper work I ended up paying 23,000 for the car. I'm headed over there tomorrow to see what they have done and see if they can fix this.

So I called them today and talked with the manager. He stated that they have no record of them selling me a car for 18000 only for 22000. I called their financing company and they showed in the cotract that the car was sold at 18,000. They also add 4000 worth of extended warranty, that I was told was in was not going to be charged for. I fell for it. So this is what all the numbers added up to. Car was 16,900, tax title and all totaled 18,300. I signed on their computer for 18,300, but when I was given the printed copy it stated 22000. So they financed me for 22,000. I put 8,000 down 5 months ago. And after 5 payments my remainder balance is 17,400. I was told that my finance fee was 12,000 after I had already been financed. Well all I can say is thanks Marsterller for screwing me out of 8,000. I will be paying off the balance this month and hope that just maybe one day you'll do the same to someone that takes yall to court and shows how yo really do people.

"Always a Great Experince at Marstaller Motors"

We currently own a 2007 Lincoln, bought it new and never had a issue with it. Its paid off and still going strong! given our history at Marstaller Motors, we decided to entertain the idea of getting another vehicle and trading in our car, but this one would be our " summer one "...so we bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro RS. Not only did we enjoy our experience with the staff, Our sales representative Darrin Locking did excellent job in assuring that he would go above and beyond to tailor our request , and to top it off the GM ( Jeff Hanna ) came in, at the time of " sealing the deal " and literally put the cherry on top, confirming our instinct that we were making the right decision. We will recommend Marstaller Motors to all our friends.

We went into the dealership because we had received a mail out about a sale on their used cars. We had been looking around at used cars but really hadn't set our mind on what we wanted. Bobby was so friendly and patient and showed us some used Lincolns. He was very knowledgable and not pushy!!! We bought our first Lincoln and have been happy ever since!!

"My parents, in their 80s, were taken advantage of by this..."

My parents, in their 80s, were taken advantage of by this dealership. They wanted to help their granddaughters and this dealership sold them 2 automobiles, both over-priced, one a 2006 PT cruiser for over $7000 (valued at about $4500) and the other a 2012 Nissan Versa for over $17,000, (valued at about $12,000). They lured them in with one of their offers for $3999 off any vehicle they had. They keep them there from 11:30 am until after 4:00 pm. They were tired and confused. I spoke with the owner and he said he would have the used car manager call me. He did not. When I called back and asked for the used car manager, he said the assistant used car manager was the one I needed to talk to. Seems really sad that the both just wanted to pass the buck. The assistant used car manager insisted that the deal was legal. It may have been legally binding, but it was highly unethical. They went through two different financial institutions to get these over-priced vehicles financed, one out of state. Please do yourself a favor and throw their offers in the trash. No where on the paperwork does it show any amount deducted from the original price. These people will take advantage of anyone if they will take advantage of the elderly.
