"Horrible management and non knowledgable service department "
I spent 23000 dollars on a 2008 Dodge Challenger srt8 at marty cancilla 4 months ago within the first 4 months of owning the car I had to have the push button start replaced, front airbags which were a recall, today they refused to replace my brakes that are shot and in 4 months the brakes should not be shot........ gave me every excuse in the book not to help pay for the 650 dollar hit it's gonna cost to get new slotted rotors and pads put on?????? Seriously that's customer service?????? They aren't here to make the customer happy, o ya and did I mention 2 months ago when it was u see warranty still I took it to hem for the brakes and they cleaned them and said they were fine hahaa that's a joke and so is marty cancilla horrible place to go
