My Review of Mathews Nissan:
I recently purchased a Nissan Murano from another state and location. I took the Murano to Mathews Nissan to have a minor belt sqweaking fixed but while there told them to go ahead and check the engine for leaks...since it was still under the dealership I purchased the vehicle warranty. Well the tech tells me there is oil everywhere...and the valve cover gaskets need replacing. Soo I pay for the work...and thirty days later my engine LOCKS! And they say they are NOT responsible... If I was a mechanic then maybe I could pinpoint exactly where they dropped the ball...but I'm not. And I trusted that taking my Nissan to a "Nissan" service center would be the best choice... I was wrong!!!! The estimate to replace the engine is $11,450...my loan of only two months I am in is $11,500 a total loss that insurance doesn't cover. Yea, I found a used engine for $4,920...thanks I'll guess I'll just pull that out of the sky. Someone's negligence has caused me a lot of pain. I am a soldier at Fort Campbell that has been taken advantage of because it's more convenient for Harold Mathews Nissan to say "We're not responsible".

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS...NOT SO MUCH!!!!!

My Review of Mathews Nissan:
Long waits while sales mangers looked over deals
Cheesy salesmen more dishonest than not
High pressure sales techniques
Prejudge customers by what they are wearing or what they drive on the lot with

Not a fun place to shop or deal with- they just wanted to wear me down and close a sale.

My Review of Mathews Nissan:
i was told my car was sold to me at a certain price over the phone and then things just changed when the y faxed my paper work to my bank they even took my creditcard down as the down payment until i got there. but then things changed thank god i didn't drive all the way upthere which was 3 hrs away. i really wanted to buy that car from them but i think they just told me what i wanted oto hear and that is not fair. een though i am not from their i would have done business with them continously if didn't have such a bad experience. they even had the nerve to ask for my credit card num

My Review of Mathews Nissan:
I live in Clarksville and was Going too buy from here, But when dealing with these people, It was like watching a Pinky and the brain cartoon skit they are there to rip off the gerneral public and mostly rip off the GI's from Ft. Campbell enwhich the post commander should place this dealership on banned List, I bought My car at Action Nissan Nashville If I were you I would do the same, next since I live in Clarksville It is easier too go here then nashville, to get my car fixed. they had too order a part for my car okay not what i wanted too hear but I waited 1wk then 2wks I called they tell me its on back order okay 3rd wk I called again well its on back order I cant tell when it will get here so Im thinking I got extended warranty on this car what the hell did I pay fo I call nissan consumer Affairs they call back 2 days later saying they never ordered the part. Stay AWAY FROM CLARKSVILLE NISSAN
