Worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. The process was easy until it came time for them to handle issues, then it was all downhill QUICKLY. Would not recommend buying from here. Top of the line I decided to install a trailer hitch on my 2014 Edge, so that I could use my handicap scooter carrier. I ordered the parts and scheduled an appointmen I decided to install a trailer hitch on my 2014 Edge, so that I could use my handicap scooter carrier. I ordered the parts and scheduled an appointment have it installed. I decided to wait at Mathieu Ford while it was done (expecting to be there for up to four hours) the job took longer because of corrosion , causing them to take longer to install the wiring properly. Being an old gearhead I was aware of the way problems arise. When the job was complete the service advisor Bill Lively brought to my suv an pointed out a ding on the door that happened while it was on the lift. He asked if I was ok with the repair, he said that he wasn't, I said that I wasn't. On 2/5/19 I left it off and was given a rental at no cost to drive while my door was repainted. I was called on 2/6/19 that my suv was ready, I told them I be up in morning to pick it up. We had an ice storm and I could not get out until the ice was melted so I could get down the stairs and didn't return the rental until late morning . I looked at my door and it looked new! More

DONT TRUST ANY PREOWNED They sold me a so called CERTIFIED preowned had it a year oil pan rotting right out of it .and sold me as warranty bumper to bumper which dont cover i They sold me a so called CERTIFIED preowned had it a year oil pan rotting right out of it .and sold me as warranty bumper to bumper which dont cover it !or much of anything !you tell me they didnt see this on lift when they supposedly went through it .20 k truck now they want a grand for a oil pan .dont trust there inspections !they just shine them up and send m .oh well they say we dont cover rust lol nice way to do buisness I will follow up with Bob and ford directly More
