I really enjoy coming in for service and when I wanted to trade for a newer model everyone involved was extremely helpful. They did whatever was needed to put me in this new car. I am extremely happy with this car; love the color the options and as always that new car smell. I picked (Good) for pricing because I feel the price for any car can be better but I do feel it was fair. I would defiantly recommend Matt Blatt to family and friends and I know I will be back when I need a new car. Hopefully, that will not be for a long long time.

I rated the survey the way I did because it was a GREAT experience for me. Especially since the car I purchase is my FIRST car. The quality of work is rated 4 becuase i think the detailing could have had a better job done. When I opened my trunk I found trash under the mat where the spare tire is located. It wasnt a big deal but it would have been nice if they looked and cleaned up a bit better. I will most deffinatley be recomending Matt Blatt and Tony Di Laurent to my friends who are looking or in need of a car. i was very impressed with the dedication Tony had to helping get the car that I wanted, but instead of finding me what I wanted he found me something that I Love! That right there tells me that he does a very good job at giving people not what they want but what they will love.

the experience was ok because at our arrival the salesman did not make a effort to offer anything to ensure we were comfortable at our arrival, knowing we traveled from out of state. also the process could have been more quicker since salesman was aware of our arrival to purchase the car.

Our primary reason for purchasing our SX4 from your location wast the buying experience with Mike. He was very curtious and helpful. We did not feel pressured and were able to buy at our own pace.

I was very comfortable with the attention given to me while I considered the purchase of my new vehicle. I was pleased with the trade-in and the overall price. I can honestly say that every employee I made contact with, was helpful and friendly. In fact, one young woman walked out a door, glanced in my direction, and went back to open the door. I was a good 10 feet away from the door.

I bought a used 06 pontiac grand prix that my husband found on the Matt Blatt website for 9,669. I am still waiting for the keyless entry and this is much needed due to the fact that the lock on the door is very difficult to unlock; i was locked out for a day and now am afraid to lock it. MB will look at it for me when i go to pick up the keyless entry and hopefully fix it so I don't need to worry about putting $ into a car I just bought a week ago to fix the lock.

I found the salesman, sales manager, and all other employees to be very knowledgeable about the product. They were well organized and easy to deal with. I feel that I received good value for my money with the purchase of my Suzuki Equator. Hopefully, this will prove true over time. I will be gladly recomending Tony Dilaurent and the staff at Matt Blatt to my friends and co-workers.

Our salesman was not afraid to ask the manager a question or two so he was able to give us the correct information. Matt was personable and respectful.

I would recommend Matt Blatt Auto to a friend or relative. This is the first NEW car my husband, Robert and I have bought . We've had 16 cars since we've been married.
All have been used.

Matt Blatt Treated us this best of all the dealerships we went to looking for a vehicle. They did everthing they cound to find an interest rate that gave us a rate that we could buy the vehicle we wanted. Other dealers did not seem to want to help us the way Mike did. At one dealership we felt a lot of pressure to buy thier vehicle.
