No high pressure and good follow-up by salesman. Paint problem on this used car prior to deliver was done as if it was a new car. The salesman did give a misleading statement at closing of the sale, but this problem was immediately resolved by a satifaction follow-up call from the company.

My experience at Matt Blatt was very good. Employees were friendly and willing to work with me in order to make the sale. The car was delivered in nice condition. It was cleaned as we waited. I would like to know how to get an owner's manual for it.

My Review of Matt Blatt Vineland Suzuki:
After searching the internet and numerous visits to dealers in the area, Matt Blatt Suzuki in Vineland had the best price on a 2008 Suzuki Gran Vitara hands down. A no-haggle dealership, Keith the Salesman was friendly, informative and truly no-pressure letting the car and it's listed price sell itself. What really set the dealership apart in my experience was due to a family situation after having the car in my possession for 4 days, I had to return the vehicle. Jason the General Sales Manager honored Matt Blatt's 4 day love it or leave it policy and was of great assistance in refunding my money in full. When I am in the market for a car, I will definately visit Matt Blatts in Vineland first.

Very good. I really enjoy the car and hope I continue to do so. The customer service was very good. I'm not one to give many reviews so I am trying to use up space to get to the 250 characters. Matt Blatt is a great dealership and I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Some detail were missed. Some information (car fax, free oil change, how much the waranty cost) were not given to me. The sale person was very friendly. Maybe because he seems to be in a hurry some of the information were missed. Over all it was not a bad experience.

The only reason that I scored "Friendliness" as a 3 was because pretty much anyone other than Keith who we dealt with was somewhat less that friendly towards us. The lot person who took it for gas seemed utterly annoyed that he had to take the car to put gas in it for us. It felt like we were somehow putting him out.
Also, my one hubcab was not tightened when it went to detailing and we ended up losing one on the way home. Since the dealership is an hour and a half away, we couldn't go back and look for it. We ended up having to order another.
Keith was very nice though. We would definitely recommend him to someone else looking for a car.

I saw the car I wanted (Chrysler 300 Touring) on the Internet, and contacted this dealer. I was treated very fairly and honestly by Ms. Nuccio, who was very helpful and arranged my financing and worked very hard to be certain that I was getting the right car and it was in good condition. I am from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I feel that I got a better deal purchasing from Matt Blatt over the Internet than I could have ever gotten otherwise. I am very happy with the car, the outstanding service in the sale from Ms. Nuccio, and the whole Matt Blatt dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of where you live. They will take excellent care of you.

We were referred by a friend and had a great experience overall. they gave us a fair price on a practically new toyota, and they sped us through the process. we've only had the car for a few days, so i can't speak to its long term quality, but their warranty makes me feel pretty confident.

our salesperson wasn't pushy, and they didn't try to add on any unneccesary warranties or other fees. we noticed that all the used cars had prices clearly marked, and they had a good selection. they claim to have the lowest price available on their used cars and will not haggle. when we went home to check the kelly blue book value before buying, blatt's price was indeed below the going rate.

based on our experience, i would highly recommend.

Do NOT go to this dealership. They lie and tell you what you want to hear and then the paperwork says something different. If you decide to go here be VERY CAREFUL!!!! What comes out of their mouths is NOT what is on the contracts.

They don't give prices on cars because they want to over charge you.<br>I bought a car that was worth approx. $16,000 brand new. I was charged $17,000 for a car with mileage. With the incentives from the original manufacturer the car would have cost about $14,000 brand new with 0 miles. They also take forever to get your registration back to you too. They also lied about the car having ABS which it clearly does not!! I would definately not recommend this place!!
