My Review of Matt Ford Sales Inc:
We took our truck that we had bought the option of a spray on liner into to get repaired. We bought this option with the agreement that they would match their competitor and offer a lifetime warranty for any repairs. We moved an appliance and it had a couple of spots where the spray in liner chipped. First of all it was much cheaper than another companies I had used on a previous vehicle (their only scratched once and they fixed it no questions asked). At any rate they said they would not fix it because this was considered normal wear and tear. Even though it was previously agreed they would match their competition and I specifically said they would repair any scratches or problems. Matt Ford said they would only repair if it was bubbling or peeling because it was defective material. Very upset. I planned on upgrading vehicles with a growing family, but one thing is for sure I will never use Matt Ford or possibly Ford period. The President was very arrogant and often tried to belittle us. I am an engineer and not a stupid person. We over heard the service technician talking to him. He asked how old we were and wanted to see our file to make a decision. So apparently if you are not what you consider worthy he will not help you. Just because I am young I guess he thinks he could take advantage of me.
