For several weeks we had been looking for a "good" used vehicle. We've had some interesting experiences. At Charles Maund Imports we were greeted by Johnny Jarrott who had actually responded to our internet inquiry. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the vehicles. When we asked him for more details regarding a VW Golf he offered us a carfax. This was the first time any dealership "offered" us a carfax. At some used car lots we were told if we wanted to get one on our own we could. So what did Johnny or Charles Maund Imports do that other dealerships didn't. We didn't think they were trying to hide anything about the vehicle, weren't pushy, and made the whole process very quick and painless. We went to numerous used car dealerships, and this was the first place we had a confident feeling about the vehicle, price, and had an overall good experience. More

Wow! Didn't know buying a car could be so easy. Johnny was so laid back that I never felt pressured to buy. We were extremely happy with our trade. When we showed up to look at the vehicle and take a test drive, Mark was already helping two other customers. We didn't realize it at first because we still felt like we were getting individual attention and the other customers appeared to feel the same way. We were not pressured into making a decision that day or to go on to the next step which was a huge relief. There was also a large variety of vehicles and prices on the lot that we were allowed to look at (as well as online) and test drive without someone hovering over us trying to make a sale. The next day we met with Johnny to move forward with our trade. My husband had specific pricing in mind and Johnny worked hard to meet those requirements. He too was very friendly and approachable. We did not do any financing, so I have no opinion on that. We are enjoying our "new" vehicle and very pleased with the entire experience. If we find ourselves looking for another vehicle in the future, this will be one of the first places we look! More

I was in the market for a used Lexus or Infinity and only had one day to find one. I searched the web and came accross Maund Imports. They had one of each of the cars that I was looking for. We had a quick conversation and I agreed to swing by and take a look at the cars. He gave me the keys and I went to looking without any pressure at all. Once I looked over the cars I went back in and Johnny helped me figure out all of my questions. Needless to say the lack of pressure and the willingness to answer any and all of my questions I wound up driving home with a Lexus. The whole transaction was the smoothest car buying experience that I have ever had. The prices were exceptional and the financing was just as good. I will be sending all of my friends and family to talk to Maund Imports if they are looking for a very solid used vehicle with no hassle. Great overall experience. More
