My Review of Mazda of Lakewood:
I had my car towed there for work that should be covered under the warranty. They had the car for almost 24 hours and "couldn't find" the problem so they made me pay the towing bill (should have been covered). The car was obviously having problems, so I took it to another shop where they immediately found and showed me the problem. The service people at Mazda of Lakewood were either lying to me or are totally incompetent, neither one a comforting option.

Finally, I am a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars but I'm not an idiot. The people at Mazda of Lakewood couldn't have been ruder or more condecending, it's insulting and made me dread every interaction
