The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because I wasn’t able to go lower. The absolute worst dealership I have dealt with in over 40 years of car buying. I bought my truck on 24 June 2023 and finally received the last thing they owed me from the deal on 18 October. The only reason I received it then was due to persistence on my part. Heed my advice, if this is the last dealership in the world, call a cab or walk! More

And it worked, on a newer 2022 model no less! The entire staff were helpful, even helping me move my things from my old car to the next in down pouring rain (shout out to Brendan). Mike the finance manager did fantastic, did not have to prepare for a mental battle of warranties and sneaky costs. He promised to get me out in 30 minutes. I was out in less than 15. All around, great experience at this dealership personally. More

She decided on a Trailblazer, she put her deposit down and was hoping to surprise her graduation guests with her new purchase. Erik did everything he could to make it happen and it worked out perfectly. He works with integrity did not try to sell her more than she needed but just enough and was honest with her through the whole process. Mike in finance also did an amazing job explaining everything to her from terms to interest rate, gap insurance, and extra service plan details! Erik then helped her set up her Onstar and in vehicle apps and showed her all the necessary things on her new vehicle! Top Notch service from a great dealership! This isn’t the first car our family has purchased from McCarthy-Morse and it definitely won’t be the last.
