My Review of McDonald Automotive Group:
AUDI LITTLETON SUCKS! NO BUSINESS SKILLS OR PROF TACT

CO SPRINGS PHIL LONG AUDI, GOOD STAFF THAT KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT CARS AND GOOD PRICES ON REPAIRS AND SALES!!!
IF BUYING FROM LITTLETON BUY THROUGH VOLVO SALESMAN AS THEY ARE KIND AND PATIENT UNLIKE THE AUDI PINK SHIRT CREW!!
OR BUY A VOLVO NEXT STORE JUST SOUTH OF AUDI IN LITTLETON ON BROADWAY.. OR BUY AT RALPH SCHLOMP BMW..DON' LET THE AUDI CREW SCREW YOU TO IN LITTLETON, CO

I have been very disappointed in McDonald Audi Littleton in the couple of days since purchasing my car. I purchased the a 2005 Audi A4 Special Edition 1.8T Quattro for $20,000 on May 12, 2008 certified pre-owned with 40,000 miles and have already blown out the clutch. I am the second owner of the car which is still under a so-called new car 4-50 thousand mile warranty. It vaguely states that the clutch and components are not covered but given this car sold for 37K-40K new I figured McDonald Audi in Littleton, Colorado would have the business sense to cover the repairs regardless. But, they did not and I paid $2000.00 out of pocket after arguing with a conceited Service Manager at Littleton McDonald Audi who's name I have tried hard not to remember! really bad!!!He has no expertise in cars or even basic business skills. I would be scared to have this gentleman who has held the noble title of Service Manager for 6-7 months.
To make a long story short, I lost my clutch coming home from Sante Fe last weekend in Colorado Springs. So per guidelines of warranty, I had the car towed to the local Phil Long Audi dealer because it was a Sunday. On Monday, a Colorado Springs SERVICE Manager conversations we came to an agreement that we could work out the clutch and materials for $850 less THAN THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD OFFERED ME AT MCDONALD WHERE I BOUGHT THE LOUSY CAR!!!
I also have a problem with Christian ? McDonald Audi Littleton “Shady” Sales Manager. In the last days since the incident I have given the gentleman numerous opportunities to redeem himself and he won’t return my phone calls.
My advice, honestlty, AS a DePaul University MBA Finance/Marketing IN Chicago JUNE 08’ GRAD, and Investment Banker with JP Morgan Chase for 5 years,……………………………………
BUY FROM PHIL LONG COLORADO SPRINGS AUDI.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT MCDONALD AUDI. IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE AT MCDONALD PLEASE GO TO VOLVO. THEY CAN SELL YOU A AUDI, VW, OR VOLVO AND WITHOUT THE PINK SHIRTS ALL THE AUDI GUYS WEAR!! HA! CHRISTIAN!!Sales Manager Audi Littleton..
ON THE OTHER HAND, VOLVO SALESMAN ARE REALLY GOOD GUYS AND NOT PUSHY LIKE THE PASTEL WEARING BUNCH AT MCDONALD

PS THIS IS NOT FALSE, IF IT WERE FALSE IT WOULD AGAINST THE LAW TO MAKE SUCH ACCUSATIONS TOWARDS LITTLETON AUDI..ie…

Know this will Help,

also, I am weighing several job options in the next few weeks within Finance, Sales, Oil & Gas, and Consulting
…but would consider Sales Manager Car Sales Position in Littleton Area on Broadway just to take business away from Littleton Audi..AND THIS CHRISTIAN GUY..

My Review of McDonald Automotive Group:
I met with a salesperson who was going to find out if I could turn in my current lease 6 mo early without a large expense and I would buy a new car from him. He never called me back. I then spoke with the internet salesperson who was going to get back to me. He never called me back. I left a message for the internet sales person that I presumed he didn't want my business but if he did he should call me. He never called me back. I order a new car from a different dealer who did call me back. I plan to buy at least 2 more cars in the next 12 months but will not go to this dealer.

My Review of McDonald Automotive Group:
We had a problem with a tire. It took the dealership eight days to get the tire in stock for a cost of $350. We could not drive the brand new car for those eight days until the new tire showed up. The same tire was available through a local tire dealer at $250 in two days. Dealer offered to charge us $200 for the tire. Very unsatisfied with way tire problem was resolved.
