Ed Dreyer and the Service Team continue to earn our business! Fortunately, the non-preventative maintenance issues have been minimal, we have only had a couple of them in the last 6 years. Ed and the Service Team have always been very professional and thorough in problem-solving and getting to the root cause of concern. He is ethical and transparent in his transactions, which is refreshing in today's hyper-competitive world. The premium cost for dealer service is offset by the quality of the people and the repairs. The complimentary loaner car during service is an added bonus! More

Service department is great. However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance p However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance package, talked to rudely when they realized I was in a desperate position, and just generally made me, as a repeat Acura customer, hate the experience. Because of them, not only will I never buy another vehicle from a McGrath dealership, but I will also never buy another Acura, just in case I might have to deal with them in the process. More
