i no problem finding the suv, scott was very helpful, i told him what i was looking for, he made it his business to give me what i wanted. the finance department, is where my doubt can in, but, surprisingly, mike, i believe his name was, really made it happen, thanks.. bob thrumb up, the guy you really want to see when purchasiing your car. the front desk people were polite. service department thrumb up. the whole experience was worth it all. thank you . im spreading the word around to friend and family, WESTMONT LEXUS DEALER is the place to go to purchase a car.

I had just lost my car to a flood and knew nothing about cars but knew I always wanted a Lexus, I was very hesitant to walk into a dealer knowing nothing about cars. Greg happened to be the person who helped me and I was pleasantly surprised, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease about trying to find the right car for my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and courteous and never put any pressure on me and constantly kept me informed and updated as to the inventory of used cars as they came into e dealership. I finally purchased the perfect car a few days ago and I couldn't be happier , the customer service I received has been nothing but excellent from start to finish . I will definitely highly recommend this dealership to anybody who may be in the market for used or brand new cars.

Visited the dealership from out of town for the first time. Rita was my salesperson. She was a sheer delight, very engaging and very attentive to my needs. Her communication skills has been outstanding. She had great knowledge about the car and made me feel like I was already a top client from the beginning. She made sure I had enough coffee and even got me a sandwich since I was there for awhile. I was also was impressed with Mike Agnello, Business manager. He was very professional and helped me with my loan. My overall experience has been very positive and would recommend this dealership for a new or used car.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Glenn, however my family has used him for other Lexus purchases. Glenn does a great job and is great to work with. I didn't feel pressured in any way and received a great price on a trade in. I'd definitely recommended Glenn as he'll get exactly what you want without feeling the pressure that a typical car buying experience may provide.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2010 RX 350 from McGrath, and Scott Raymond was my Sales Consultant. Scott was extremely friendly through the entire process, and was not nearly as pushy as I expected most car salesman would be going into the car buying process. Scott was very accommodating to my time as I could not complete the sale until after the dealership was closed on a Saturday. Overall, I had a great sales experience with Scott, and since purchasing the car I have had just as good of an experience with the rest of the staff at McGrath including Jason Ellison in the service department and Kraig in delivery.
